Everything was great. We enjoyed how roomy it was as well as the full kitchen. It was lovely to wake up in the morning an look out to the water and little town. So enjoyable!

Had the most lovely stay here in Winter Harbor!The VBRO was SO CLEAN and I loved how Laura kept informational pamphlets out with handwritten notes since I wasn’t familiar with the area. Lots of cute eateries right across the street and near enough to Bar Harbor to pop in for dinner and shopping. Would 100% stay here again if I was in the area.

Great location, a number of restaurants nearby, walkable to the Bar Harbor ferry. The place was very clean. Porch is great for relaxing on. I was surprised how little I could hear from one bedroom to the next that was a very nice.

The property was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed! Easy instructions and quick responses to our questions. Laura even searched through the house for an item I left behind! This area is just lovely and we’d definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with the property as it was accurate to how it was listed. It was quiet and a nice area. I sat outside on the deck and was able to relax. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the quiet and enjoyed themselves. The host was quick to respond if I had questions. Very welcoming host

Right in the middle of Winter Harbor, which is fun. Nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is simple and very well appointed. As advertised, it’s on the small side but that’s ok. The host is friendly and helpful.

Very clean and spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice because much of the place looks like it was recently remodeled. The owner was very courteous and responded quickly to questions. Kitchen was well-equipped. Check-in easy via lockbox and code.

Great location right in town, we could walk to breakfast, and the parking was very clear. The owner was communicative and flexible. The laundry isn’t in the unit, and you would need the owner to give access, so if you want to throw a load in before you go out to dinner or before bed it isn’t convenient. Overall great stay and we would stay here again for sure!

Great home base for exploring coastal Maine

My cousin and I rented this space for two nights as an alternative to staying in or near busy Bar Harbor. The vibe in Winter Harbor is far more relaxed and peaceful, and the apartment matched that vibe. Check in was easy, our hostess was helpful and easy to reach, and the small restaurant she operates downstairs offered a lobster soup that was the single best food I consumed on my weeklong New England trip. The only thing to note is that most stores, restaurants, and bars close early in Winter Harbor, even in peak season, but that's just a side note to the hospitality and the quality of the space we enjoyed during our stay here.

The kitchen had wonderful amenities, she even supplied coffee for us. Her place was exceptionally clean, I cannot say enough about how clean it was. Host and hostess was very helpful. They even helped us carry our luggage up. Overall, the state was absolutely exceptional, the only thing I would like to see her add is a luggage rack in the bedrooms to put the luggage on. It was difficult for an older person to continually bend over to get into my suitcase. I would stay here again.

Perfect location for us

Stayed here while working on a property locally so we could walk around easily. Protip: restaurants and stores⁶ close early and sometimes for 2 days mon/tues. Plan ahead and call first before you head out. Book bar harbor passenger ferry tickets rt and early. Very large, kitchen but we only made coffee but there is a grocery store closeby for anything you want to cook in apt. I would stay here again and recomend to friends and family.
