Living Area: An open-concept space with ample seating and a large-screen TV for streaming, perfect for unwinding or gathering with family.
Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen ready for you to prepare your favorite meals.
Coffee Bar: A special station complete with premium coffee, tea, and a selection of local breakfast baked goods to start your day right.
Bedrooms: Three peaceful bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with ultra-comfortable beds, soft linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Bathroom: A spacious bathroom featuring a refreshing walk-in shower and stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience.
Outdoor Space: A private backyard with an expansive patio, providing an ideal spot for quiet evenings or game-day fun.
Breakfast: pastries available upon arrival

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living area, and the private backyard and patio. Your arrival is made simple with a secure, personalized keyless entry code for the front door, allowing for flexible check-in anytime after the scheduled time without the need to manage physical keys.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we won't be present at the property, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything or have any questions during your visit.

For your safety and peace of mind, please be aware of the following:
Security: The property is equipped with Ring doorbell cameras at both the front and back entrances for exterior monitoring.
Lighting: Motion-activated lighting is installed to ensure pathways are well-lit at night, providing a secure environment.
Parking: One space available in the garage and two in the driveway

Clean, quiet, convenient.

We stayed for close to a week while visiting family. It was an easy location for us to be and perfect for a family of four. Looks like there will be even more room there once the basement is finished.

Perfect for College Visit

My son and I stayed here for an Admitted Students Day at U of Iowa. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and close to campus — also Hawkeye-themed! Stacey was very receptive with messages, even helping us find a place for takeout pizza. For our first time in Iowa, our stay was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

Girls State Wrestling

Stayed one night for girls state wrestling tournament! House was as described and very clean and cozy. Bakery treats were delicious, thanks! Only suggestion i would make is blinds or room darkening curtains for bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!
