Enjoy lake access and your private dock perfect for boating, swimming, and fishing. Bring your boat and store it in the slip or rent one from the nearby marina.
Gather around the outdoor fire pit, enjoy the outdoor dining and cooking area, or challenge friends and family to a game of foosball. Come enjoy the beauty of Tims Ford Lake!

This home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax, play, and enjoy the lake. Whether you're looking to spend your days on the water, around the fire, or enjoying some friendly competition, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay! This home is near downtown Winchester where you can enjoy the town square and Twin Creeks Marina.

This home features an outdoor kitchen area, fireplace and TV that is just off the indoor kitchen.
The bedroom with twin beds is up above the garage area but is heated and cooled.

Amazing Stay!

Our family stayed at the property 5 days prior to Christmas and it was amazing. The views from the home were beautiful and the outdoor living space was wonderful. This home definitely met our needs!

BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! Our family has been going to TFL for several years & I’ve always admired this property. When I saw it on VRBO, I booked it immediately! Perfect space for our family & friends as we celebrated a family wedding. The upgrades in this house definitely made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Easy check in to this beautiful and high-end property. Truly beautiful home and property. A cook’s dream with high end kitchens inside and outside. We loved hanging out on the dock and around the fire pit in the evenings.

We had a great time! Gorgeous view, very responsive property management, lovely home. Even the weather cooperated. Kitchen was great for multiple people to participate in cooking. Room over the garage was perfect for our teenage boys. The little kids loved playing on the deck and watching TV in the front room when they got tired. Great combination of big and small group spaces.
