Welcome to Hook, Wine, & Sinker, your ultimate lakeside escape! This charming 8,000 sq. ft retreat offers fun, relaxation, and amenities for larger groups or families, ensuring everyone has room to unwind and enjoy the lake. Enjoy the large hot tub, 2 game rooms, 2 fire pits, 4 kayaks, 4 paddleboards, and ample space to accommodate up to 28 people.

The home is 8,000 sq. ft in total but is split into two homes so you get 2 full kitchens, 2 living spaces, 2 kitchenetes, 2 game rooms, etc. There are two separate entryways and the homes do not join internally.

Double the Luxury: Your spacious lakefront home features 4 luxurious master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, 2 with lake views, and a private balcony for peaceful mornings. Each room is complemented by a cozy nursery nook, perfect for families with little ones. To note- the bathrooms with showers are off the master bedrooms so 4 in total. There are also 4 half baths in the home.

Twice the Entertainment: Head downstairs to the entertainment area featuring a 75-inch TV, or upstairs, where you’ll find multiple sleeping arrangements for your guests, including three queen beds and a queen pullout sofa.

Doubled Up on Fun: The detached game room above the garage features a ping-pong table, foosball, Marvel digital pinball, and a Pong VS arcade game, with cushy bean bags one one side and then in the other game room you`ll have ping pong, foosball, Pacman arcade, and NFL Blitz arcade game.

Outdoors & More: Outside, enjoy the largest hot tub we could find, surrounded by plenty of seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of lake adventures. Gather around the smoke-free Solo fire pit with your guests for starlit conversations, while the lake and dock are just steps away, waiting for your boat or a paddleboard adventure.

Adventure Awaits: Get out on the lake with 4 kayaks and 4 paddleboards so your group can explore on the water or swim off the community dock. The home is also just minutes away from downtown Winchester and Twin Creeks Marina. In the area you’ll also find local distillery tours like Jack Daniels, Uncle Nearest, and George Dickel within driving distance.

Dogs are allowed up to 65lbs, $250 pet fee applies, no other animal types are allowed.
Must be mindful of noise as to not disturb neighbors
Children must be supervised outside at all times and are not allowed in the hot tub without an adult
You will have one assigned dock slip on the community dock. You will only be able to use that specific slip.
