This house also includes 5 bathrooms with soaps and towels included, you'll have all the comforts of being home. Whether you're lounging in the spacious living area, loft, or enjoying the large outdoor patio with private pool and hot tub, this charming villa is the ideal retreat for your vacation.

This amazing home in the majestic neighborhood of Champion's Gate (The Retreat) boasts plenty of parking, entertainment, and room to host your family and friends! Private pool and hot tub in the screened lanai creates a fun Florida atmosphere, along with the game room that's equipped with a pool table, and air hockey table as well! Each room is themed, and the house sleeps up to 28 people total, (both master bedrooms down stairs, with the additional bedrooms upstairs) plus a loft entertainment room upstairs as well. We welcome up to 28 guests in the home. Full resort access includes amenities such as lazy river, tiki bar, theater (free of charge), community pool, gym, and dining areas (different fares-daily themes).

Our dining table seats up to 11 plus we have outdoor table with 6 chairs as well! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, stem ware, glasses, mugs and more! We also have a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer with icemaker, garbage disposal, cutting boards, measuring cups, and other items to make your experience a great one.

All amenities are within walking distance of the villa in the community.....Champion's Gate is a great place to bring your family and friends- the amenities included are an experience in itself- the pool, lazy river, kids area includes slides/waterfalls, dining area with different themed dinners each night (but also serves breakfast and lunch as well), snack bar, gym, poolside bar, clubhouse arcade, and a few shops as well!
