Te sentirás como en casa en nuestra espaciosa casa de tres pisos de 5005 pies cuadrados. Le dará la bienvenida con toda su cálida decoración y diseño moderno. Con las ventanas de pared a pared, se sentirá atraído por cualquiera de las tres cubiertas o balcones en la parte posterior de la casa. ¡No querrás perderte la increíble puesta de sol sobre el lago Palestina en ninguna de tus noches aquí!

En el piso de entrada, tienes una espaciosa sala de estar
y sala de estar (con un sofá cama y una cabina completamente cargada con un Apple TV y un sistema de juego PlayStation 3), un baño completo, un dormitorio, comedor, sala de lavadora / secadora y cocina principal.

Arriba, encontrará dos amplios dormitorios y sus baños privados.

En la planta baja, encontrará nuestra habitación familiar recientemente remodelada. Esta sala está diseñada para el entretenimiento. Con una sala de juegos y una gran y espaciosa familia, espacio para eventos que incluye su propia cocina.

Finalmente, el muelle de atrás es el lugar perfecto para pescar o atracar su bote después de un divertido día en el lago. (Si no tiene sus propios juguetes acuáticos, puede alquilarlos en un puerto deportivo cercano).

Gorgeous Sunsets

Such a beautiful open water view with great sunsets. Huge, fun game room. Beautiful, clean house. Great burgers at the Village Marina (boat launch) & restaurant/bar.

Needs a little TLC

Property is nice but needs upgrading. Kitchen is dated. Drawers fall out when you open them. Upstairs have no exhaust in bathrooms neither does mancave. Furniture in mancave is in desperate need of cleaning. Extra blankets were dirty from the previous renters. Electronics on basketball machine, slot machine and shuffle board did not work. Windows have no screens on them. The door jammed in the master bedroom once it rained. The electronics were a nightmare. No smart TV's. If you are not a tech wizard you cannot operate the TV's. Refrigerator was dirty. Overall, enjoyed my time with my family. Glad I brought my own sheets and towels.

Great property

Communication with the owners was great. The house had plenty of room for us. Our group had multiple fishing boats and not enough parking for all of us. Not their fault by any means. Still gave them a 5 star rating. Any guests that may be coming down for a fishing trip would like this info. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for having us

Staying at this lakefront house was wonderful. Beautiful views, the downstairs man cave was fabulous, heat place for everyone to gather for fun and fellowship. Hope to be back soon.

Fantastic stay, perfect getaway on the lake !

Property as described, all the amenities as described. Between fishing off the boat house dock, using the docks for our waverunners, and playing in the huge gameroom we only went to town for dinner one night in 7 days.... perfect relaxation spot. we will be back, hated to leave it. perfect sunsets from both upstairs balconies !

We had a wonderful week!

We were in town for the wedding of my nephew and chose this location as it was close to my sisters home in Flint. We had a wonderful time. Our stay with the Felicianos was amazing. The house was beautiful! Wanda has recently remodeled the kitchen (fabulous by the way) and the master bath. We had 11 people with us and the house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We did a shrimp boil and had more family out and the downstairs man cave gave us a great space for entertaining. We even had late night disco dancing! Our granddaughters had a blast. We fished from morning to late night from the dock. We used the deck that over looks the lake for early morning coffee and late night cocktails and amazing sunsets! If you are looking for a get away you will enjoy staying here. And as an added note Wanda is amazing to work with. We had a couple of questions while we were there and she was right on top of it!

Huge lake house with lots of entertainment

Really enjoyed our stay. House is very large with tons of room to spread out and relax. Lots of games and activities to play other than swim. Lake was beautiful and calm. We swam off the dock 2x a day and fished. Lots of catfish! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Fun & Relaxing

There was so much to do at the house alone we only left once to eat breakfast. This has been the most fun lake trip we ever took. There was plenty of room to be spread out. The game room was filled with games, music, & TV's. My teens enjoyed lots of fishing and swimming outside. It was a great refreshing week of relaxing and enjoying our family. The owners were great with communication and answering any questions. I would only suggest to bring fans, the sunsets directly at the house so it heats up a little in the evening. I highly suggest this property & we will be returning! Thank you!

June 2020 Stay on Lake Palestine

We had a nice stay in June 2020 on Lake Palestine. Great views and sunsets from this West facing home. Large yard and entertainment area were great. In-water boat slip was very convenient for taking our boat out, but if you plan to boat, do your homework and watch for stumps in the lake.

Beautiful Lake House

I had my wedding at this beautiful lake house and it was amazing. The house is wonderful and the view is breathtaking. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Great property and wonderful home

Was truly a great vacation property. The lake view and fishing was just perfect. The only thing I might suggest is maybe a better grilling situation. Would have love to have been able to put ribs or brisket on a charcoal or wood grill for long smoking. Also we had a little trouble figuring out TV and outside stereo. Plan on another trip The Price Family

A majestic home READY for YOUR FAMILY❣

This magnificent rental is located in a quiet area with direct access to lake Palestine. It sleeps 8 but could sleep 15 easily. You will be greeted by 2 beautiful glass entry doors with classic Texas stars. The home has the right mixture of modern, contemporary, classic, Caribbean and lake house furnishings to make even the choosiest wondrously content. The entry floor has soft Italian leather seating, an enclosed entertainment center, a small work station, small romantic table for two, full size couch (with pullout) gorgeous seating and half bath. The views of the lake will hypnotize you. At any point you can sunbathe on the deck or fall in love with the sounds of the waves lapping at the shore. Zip right around the corner and you'll find a formal dining room, a full size kitchen filled with gizmos & gadgets. Stainless steel appliances and a hallway that leads to a large laundry room. Just a few steps up to the top floor and you'll find a luxurious master bedroom with tv and cable, his & her closets and private master bedroom with a HUGE SHOWER. The master bedroom has its own private balcony! Adjacent to the master is the pristine guest room. Lovely white soft bedding on both full size beds, entertainment center and private bath. Every little home nuance has been thought of including soft linens. Downstairs in the man cave is paradise. It's magnificent. From the Italian marble floors to the one of a kind limestone rocks lining the walls to give that feel. There is a bar area that would rival the swankiest. It's has a stainless steel under counter fridge, a stove that is also a convection oven. At least 4-5 separate seating arrangements. Foos ball, shuffle board, play slot machine etc. HUGE TV MONITORS in every corner. We used them to watch YouTube videos for the kids to dance under the disco ball! There is a full bath too! This entire room is Floor to ceiling glass to inspirin lake dreams. You literally open the door to a grill large enough to feed an army. Seating, Benches, pristine lush green landscaping, a walkway, pier, dock with swim platform and boathouse. You are a mile from Brookshires grocery to stock up. A mile from a huge spirits store and also a bait & tackle store. You're only a few minutes from Tyler for shopping. Close to Canton trade days and 1.5 hours from Dallas, the Ft Worth stockyards, six flags, Cowboy Stadium and Rangers. If you are seeking paradise to create a precious life moment. THIS IS IT

Family Vacation

The house was truly amazing, as well as the owners...although, we don't think the actual pictures on the VRBO website do it justice. The inside and outside was exceptional. There was a lot of room for everyone to find time to themselves, and the house was equipped with a ton of activities to enjoy together. One of our favorites was getting to jump into the lake straight off the pier. We also fished morning and night and had a blast! We will return for another visit!

Most Relaxing 5 Days!

Loved our time in your vacation rental. We stayed here during a weekend in May and loved every detail of the lake house. Everything about this Lake house was amazing. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone! Would happily recommend this lake house to any large group or family!

Amazing!

Thank you! Our stay was so much fun! We used the two full kitchens on the main floor and the bottom level when we had friends join us for a BBQ. It was nice to have the pool table to use in the evenings too. Just want you to know how much we appreciate that the vacation home was clean, comfortable, spacious and nestled right on the lake. (We fished off the pier - too much fun!) I've already referred my friends and family and we can't wait to return! See you next year! Thanks again!
