This Beautiful 6 bedroom 4 bath, charming, vintage cozy lakefront home sits on one of Texas' most beautiful lakes, Lake Palestine. Tall pine trees, rolling hills, magnificent countryside views everywhere you go. Stunning views from the upstairs sundeck on the New Boat House. This Country home is on one acre of land with two patios viewing the lake, one right at the edge of the water with a fire pit for those late nights roasting marshmallows, hot dogs, and s’mores while sitting back and stargazing at the night sky.

The House will sleep 11 guests comfortably if snuggled in beds of different sizes while others can enjoy air mattresses (air mattresses aren’t supplied) One of the downstairs bedrooms has been converted into an open-concept playroom. There are 4 full baths, filled with linens, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. Outdoor Grill, Wi-fi, 65” LED Image screen entertainment with, blue-Ray for streaming and a karaoke. A Playground and playroom with toys for the little ones, Two entertainment rooms, a fireplace room, and a media room for the whole family. two security camera decoys are not in service. There is a boathouse and a private boat slip. Bring your boat or jet skis and have fun on the water, watch the little ones playing in the water while sitting on the water view patio.

There are a lot of fun places to go while visiting the Country Lake Home, Antique shops, Restaurants, Golf “The Pine Dunes” “Emerald Bay Club”, “Oak Hurst Golf Course” Walking and riding bikes, and an indoor water park.

Watercraft rentals and much more. February, through May, is a nice time to visit when Spring is just coming out and May through August is all summer fun with the family. September through December watching the colors change from season to season and the wonderful Holidays at the house. Ask about our different holiday packages. There is even one where Santa comes to visit on Christmas Eve.
