I met my adult kids and grandchild in CO for a family wedding. The location was super convenient; the home was well-appointed with special personal touches and very comfortable. We were actually sad we couldn't stay longer! A wonderful home for family fun, with plenty of room for everyone! Sarie's communication was quick and friendly. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside and evening hot cocoa by the fire. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay for my bachelor party. Sarie was an excellent host and communicated clearly and promptly both before our arrival and throughout the weekend. The backyard was perfect for volleyball and other yard games, and the house had plenty of indoor space for everyone to relax and play games. Our group of 13 fit comfortably without any issues. We would definitely recommend this home for a large group!

House is set up nicely and with lots of activities for all ages. Beds feel like Heavenly beds by Westin hotels and the baths are updated and attractive. The host is very easy to get in touch with and provides endless ideas for restaurants and things to do, she was wonderful.

Fantastic property and host. Very flexible and quick responses to any questions. Our family stayed here for a wedding and there was plenty of space both indoors and out. Location is awesome with easy access to the highway. Quiet street on a dead end cul-de-sac, walking trail behind the house, and near grocery stores and dining options. Great location for an adventure in Denver.

The place was great, we had five adults and one kid. Plenty of room! Only a few hiccups, with the a/c thermostat not working properly and the cowboy pool not being kept up for use. (There’s a large spider living in the pool water against the sidewall with the floater). The host was super receptive and helpful and the issues were not deal breakers. The backyard had some cigarette butts (not ours) on the ground and the pool as mentioned before should at least be drained for mosquito control. That spider was cozy. :)

Clean older home with good space indoors and out. Fun outdoor space with fire pit, plunge pool and hot tub. Lots of fun games and spaces to hang with family. Very well stocked with supplies and, dishes and kitchen ware. Couldn’t find the instructions to the internal fire place but everything else was easy and user friendly. Great place!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! My family stayed here for a week for a graduation and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the entertainment spaces were so much fun. And the host was fantastic - incredibly friendly and responsive. We will absolutely stay here again for our next Denver trip!

We were staying in Denver for the weekend for a sports event and our family plus another family absolutely loved this house! It was well laid out for 2 families, clean, amazing back yard and entertaining space! Our kids enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the fire pit area for breakfast and drinks at night! The host is super responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had 7 people stay as part of our family reunion. The booking and check-in were smooth. Sarie our host was very thoughtful and provided some flexibility for us. One of the best things was that the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with items we would normally have to go out and buy. Thanks for the coffee!! The house was spacious with comfortable bedrooms and different gathering spaces including the dining room with table that held 11 people. Spaces included a nice game room where we had a great ping pong tournament! The back yard was large too, and the local rabbits were a treat. The metal soaking tub wasn't prepared for us but the hot tub was in use. There's a lot to clean--the place was generally clean, with a couple of minor areas missed. Overall the house was great and we'd stay again. Thank you Sarie!

Beautiful Property & Lovely Host!

A group of us stayed for a girls weekend and the property was perfect. The gorgeous back yard and fire pit area was definitely a highlight for us! The location is a bit far from downtown areas, but it was a quick drive to other Denver highlights and definitely worth the extra few minutes driving for the sake of a quiet neighborhood and large yard. The host was also very attentive and kind. Would recommend this for your next stay!

Great group gathering home

This house is in a convenient location. The backyard with firepit, hot tub, grill, deck and large area is wonderful. It is not luxurious but well kept and furnished comfortably. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out and also spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every night. The game room is a fun addition. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible place, incredible host, highly recommend!

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had at any rental! (And lI’ve stayed at countless places over the years!) The host was a joy to speak with & by far the most attentive and personable host I’ve ever interacted with. She was so welcoming, communicative, made check in so easy, timely in her responses, so easy to work with, warm, genuinely willing to do whatever she could to make the stay great for myself and our guests. She even went above and beyond after our stay to ask for suggestions on how to improve her rental for future guests! I have never seen anyone do this and that just shows how much care and intention she’s putting into making this place a fantastic experience for all future guests! Absolutely loved all her decor, it was so stylish and up-to-date. The kitchen was fully stocked which greatly helped for the dinner party we had one night. Great location & we loved the various types of spaces for all the guests like the game room, multiple living room spaces and the backyard for all year enjoyment! I would absolutely stay here again and to me, that is the marker of a great place and a great host!
