Welcome to our remodeled cottage in Old Town Georgetown...walking distance to Southwestern University and just minutes from the Georgetown Square, including restaurants, bars and shopping. This 2 bed, 1 bath quaint and cozy with lots of charm. Front porch with chairs perfect for sipping your coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen, outdoor space with private fenced in backyard table/chairs and screened in outdoor entertainment area with darts, and yard games. Make our home your home!

The Space:
Step into this cozy 2-bed, 1-bath cottage in Old Town Georgetown, filled with charm and natural light. The living area offers comfortable furnishings for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with cozy linens and plenty of storage, ensuring a restful stay. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or unwind in the private fenced backyard with a table and chairs. The screened-in outdoor entertainment area offers darts, yard games, and space to relax with friends and family.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked owner's closet

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at Sweet Sage Cottage. The house was cozy and very conveniently located. I had great communication with the property manager. I recommend staying at this cute cottage.

University of Vermont Soccer weekend

We absolutely loved this cozy and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable, the decor and amenities were perfect and the hosts were very accommodating and accessible.

Great home and Great location!

This home is perfectly located and perfectly appointed! My teens loved the outdoor space with the the ping pong table and dart board. My husband and I loved sitting on the back deck with a glass of wine each evening. We really appreciated the dog-friendly fenced yard. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and the coffee bar was so amazing! We look forward to staying here again!

Thanksgiving Break

We enjoyed the backyard amenities with the deck & fire pit for s’mores. It was a wonderful place to stay with our family and dog. Oniy had a few WiFi issues with the tv. Thank you for everything!

Adorable home with an amazing backyard and location

Super cute home with so many nice touches throughout. Loved the spacious fenced in backyard with outdoor amenities (bistro lights, fire pit and games). Neighborhood is very nice and walking distance from square and so close to Southwestern if you have a student there like we do! Will definitely return! Oh and hosts were very accessible and helpful!

Absolutely loved this house! It's a perfect getaway for a small group! I would give it 5 stars except the bedroom with the washer/dryer was a little hot. We did go during a heat advisory, so we understand it's difficult for the house to cool down. I think another vent to that bedroom for the summer heat would be awesome! We appreciate the extra fans, though! Overall, the house had everything we needed and was great! The area is beautiful too. We would definitely rent here again!
