Great vacation house!

We had a great stay at this home! Plenty of amenities in the house and very clean. This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed both stays!

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend for our babymoon. The location was great and being able to use the beach pass was nice, even if the weather didn’t cooperate with us. The house was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the security system at the front door went off a few times due to low battery and I mentioned to the owner but never received a response back. Other than that, it was perfect for a nice little getaway for the two of us before our little Bean joins us.

Things were not clean when we got there..we had to wipe things down and change sheets. We also had problems with ants in hallways and bedrooms.. we got traps and spray and were reimbursed. Only issue that was not resolved while we were there is the house alarm went off every night at 3 AM and we have 4 little kids. I contacted the owner daily but was not resolved during our 10 day stay. If those two issues were resolved was a great location

House was dirty.

House was dirty. Hair and stains on all sheets. The bathrooms were also dirty. I contacted the host. They were reluctant to do anything about it until I pressed the issue. I took pictures and sent them the pictures. First house we have ever rented through VRBO that was unclean.

Perfect property

The owner was very good with communication. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Close to grocery store and many restaurants. Slept 6 adults comfortably and room to sit and chat. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home, perfect for a family trip.

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was just as the description/pictures listed. It was clean, and had all basic amenities needed. Very convenient location with just a short ride to Main Street, Hyannis. The only “complaint” I would have is we seemed to be having a problem with the central AC. At night time it was as if the heat was kicking on and would get extremely warm in the bedrooms. The owner did attempt to help walk me thru it via messenger, but we were not able to figure it out. By the 4th night it seemed as if the issue resolved itself. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice location. House had nice finishing's, but lacked basic care. Undecorated house with unfinished drywall patches throughout house. Landscaping lacked basic care and upkeep. Again, nice house and a little upkeep would go a long way to make it great.

Great location for Cape excursions

Great rental, house is nice with modern amenities and was clean when we checked in. Host was super responsive to any questions. Location is really convenient! Beaches, main st Hyannis, grocery store all just a few minutes or less away.

Good option for a quick stay

Our group stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding nearby and this house was one of the last options we could find in a reasonable price range. The location was amazing - 5 min drive to Craigville beach and comes with a beach parking pass (worth $25 parking fee per day). The patio is very nice and the size of the house is great for a group of friends. We also loved having a pool table in the basement. We found the beds and pillows slightly uncomfortable and the amenities were bare bones - couldn't find a blow dryer and no full length mirror. This wasn't a huge deal but since we were there for a wedding, it was noticeable. But still a very good option for a quick weekend stay to the Cape.

Cape Cod Vacation 7/21/2018 - 7/28/2018

Thank-you so much for opening up your home to us. My family of 5 had a great trip to The Cape last week which all started and ended with the house we booked. The property is immaculate, very well maintained, & recently renovated. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions both before and during our stay. The house is located on a quiet, dead end street. It included a beach pass which we were able to use at Craigville Beach (about 10 minute drive) and Dowses Beach (between 10 & 15 minute drive). The beach pass is good for use at ALL Town of Barnstable beaches. Downtown Hyannis is a short 5 minute drive. There is a STAR market literally about 2 blocks away. It is about a 20 minute drive to Dennis where the CAPE COD RAIL TRAIL bike path starts, about an hour from the Wellfleet Drive in, & 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from Provincetown. The house has 3 bedrooms (Master with a queen, 1 bedroom with a queen, & 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, twin bed, & roll out bed under the bunk bed) & 2 bathrooms. All closets have ample storage space. Plenty of hot water with good pressure at each shower. There is an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach with sand between your toes. A completely empty garage that easily stored the 6 bicycles we brought with us. We had a lot of fun shooting pool downstairs. Towels for bathing are provided, but you should bring your own if you plan on hitting the beach. You should also bring your own beach chairs and beach toys. The kitchen is well laid out with a nice sized fridge to keep what you need cold for however long you are staying. There is a good sized, working grill with a full propane tank (and an extra tank in case that runs out) on the deck. Central Air keeps the house nice and cool. There is a large, 60 ish inch Flat Screen TV in the living room. Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall we had a wonderful vacation. I'd recommend this house to a family. I'd book it again when we return to The Cape and stay in Hyannis. We are 2 adults and 3 children (6, 9, & 11).

Nice house that needs a little loving..

Contemporary house in Hyannis This house is very well located in a quiet neighbourhood and spacious. However there were a few points that made our stay less pleasant than expected. When asked to provide a fifth chair for the kitchen table (we were a party of five) as we wanted to enjoy a meal sitting together around the table, the owner replied : Quote « We have a bench that sits 8 people on the patio. Unfortunately our dinner table set comes with only four chairs » Except that It was raining… It would not be complicated to provide folding chairs in a house described as accomodating 8 people! The house itself needs a little love : walls were spotted with plaster waiting to be sanded and paint. In the masterbedroom, we fixed (after buying a screwdriver and a plug) the towel rack. No towel rack in the other bathroom. The bedrooms are sparsely furnitured, (as can be see in the pictures though) If you are a bedtime reader, or want to leave a glass of water by your bed, no bedside tables or lamps except one in the master bedroom. And if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as there is a constant and heavy hum in the master and kid beedrooms coming from the ventilation system in the attic. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating outside when it was not raining ans watching the Tennis Channel on the big tv screen in the living room.

Great Stay!

Great stay, would definitely consider renting again. Clean with all the amenities. Great family home in quiet neighborhood local to beach, shopping, restaurants and more. I highly recommend this home both the adults and children loved staying here.

Spotless, convenient location, would go back in a heartbeat!

My family and I just returned from a week on the Cape. This home was spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. My granddaughters loved running in the backyard, we walked the half block to get pizza, a supermarket is within walking distance as well. We utilized the beach pass - it was about an 8min drive to Craigsville. Less than a 10 minute drive put us on the other end of Main St in Hyannis, with many bars/restaurants to choose from. The owners were attentive and easy to contact. We enjoyed a multi-generation family vacation with no stress, and would be eager to reserve this house again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Another GREAT Cape Cod vacation!!

This was our second year in a row staying at this house and once again it was a perfect vacation! All the amenities, close to attractions and beaches! This house is very clean and the owners are very responsive to issues. There was a minor issue with the outdoor shower and the owners had someone come out the same day to fix it so that we could enjoy using it. We highly recommend this as a place to stay in Cape Cod and we look forward to our next time here!

Great house with access to everything close by!

We loved the stay and the owner was extremely responsive. The house is in perfect shape and has everything you need for vacation. Having linens and towels there helped cut down on the packing. Everything worked out great for our family. We traveled with our family of 3 and my parents. My brothers family of 4 was staying on the cape but came over for dinner and to hang out and there was tons of room for everyone. The beaches and downtown were a 10 minute ride ( in very little traffic) and there is a pizza place an supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend the house and we will definitely stay again!

Very nice home, well taken care of

The home was very nice and well take care of and there is plenty of room for a small family and even a couple friends. Everything worked as it should and owners were easy to work with. Home has all the amenities we are used to our own houses. Location is really close to Main St. Hyannis and not far from anything else. Everything on the Cape is spread out regardless but 10-20 minutes in either direction and you are where you want to be for the most part. Looking forward to going back next year.
