Centrally located walking to restaurants, bars, mall with bowling, car rental, shopping, fast food, big arcade, axe throwing, escape room, ice cream, etc. The renter must be 21 to rent this property and stay the entire reservation. Enjoy our private clubhouse pool/restaurant/bathrooms/eat/in/out on balcony over incredible ocean views.
You only need shorts, sandals, and a swimsuit.
This tremendous property offers a nice space for guests to relax and unwind. The resort is gated and very safe with free activities: tennis, pickle ball, putt putt, a gym, etc. and we provide corn-hole, and horseshoes with all the sports equipment necessary.
We provide pool/beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/tents with a buggy to take to the beach.
The back yard offers putt putt, pool, a turtle pond, walking path, and a quiet view from the master balcony or the patio. A full BBQ with table and seating with grassy back yard area.
A king in the master, a queen, and a full in the guest bedroom. The master has a balcony overlooking the greens for your morning coffee. Peaceful, quiet turtle pond walking path around the area in our backyard with ducks , turtles, and cranes on occasion. Very few of these properties in the resort have this location with outdoor space.
The kitchen has set up for 10 to host family and friends. The dining room seats 10 for a sit down dinner. The kitchen is furnished with 4 types of coffe makers, an air fryer, and a gas stove.The patio has sit down for eating outside with a gas BBQ outdoors.
Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beaches or enjoy the local attractions, this house is the perfect home base for your vacation. Fishing in our canal yields bass and fun. We are within a mile of a pier where fireworks and fishing happen and 3 miles from Pier Park with fireworks every Friday in season and all holidays. We are within 3 miles of a state park on the east and 10 miles on the west where you can rent canoes etc.
We are a mile (closest family friendly hosting resort on beach) from the most popular and newest ball park which attracts teams from everywhere around the country for tournaments.
Pier park is a 3 mile drive west where shopping/amusement/restaurants/movies are amazing with tons of free parking. Pier Park has a free concert series in summer and free seasonal celebrations. Panama City Beach has events almost all the time such as the jazz festival, rock concerts, and Ironman. From there it is a short drive west towards 30a where million dollar vacation mansions and condos with great shopping/eating, our World unique dunes, bicycling paths and hiking with more incredible beaches. Our resort has private individuals that rent golfcarts. You have 2 free parking spaces that are located right up to the home. There is no waiting on dirty,crowded elevators. This is your home away from home waiting for a great family to enjoy! I do not allow instant bookings bc I like to make sure my guests can ask questions and are fully aware of all we have to offer so we can match expectations to all our home has to offer!
