107 está en la planta baja con vistas al mar y la piscina. Lo que nos gusta la mayoría sobre 107 es que usted puede sentarse en el patio y disfrutar de la vista de la piscina o el mar. Cuenta con dos camas queen, un sofá y una cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito!
Gimnasio en el 3 ° piso y una lavandería en cada otro piso. Gran piscina con una piscina para niños. Área de picnic con parrillas y mesas de picnic para sus excursiones de la familia! Beautiful room. We look forward to staying again sometime. Quick response from host when I had a question. The outside was well kept as well as the inside. Nice fitness center. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfy. The location was perfect. We were on the first floor right next to the pool and easy access to the beach. We loved how clean everything was and would 100% recommend staying here. We will stay here again.

Nice property. Ground level was nice. Pool and beach access easy. Room met our needs and was clean and decorated nicely. Property check in and out was easy. Owners are friendly and responsive. Great stay!

This unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. I am used to bringing cleaning supplies and spending time cleaning before being able to unpack. Not this time!! I was really impressed. The location was fantastic - just steps from the beach! The free umbrella and beach chairs were awesome. Top of the Gulf was very well maintained. There was always someone vacuuming and cleaning. The pool was fantastic and also well maintained. Plenty of chairs by the pool with picnic tables, and grills. Paula was a great host - easy to communicate with and responsive. We arrived early and she was kind enough to let us check in early. We will most definitely be back!!

We loved Paula’s place!

The cutest and most welcoming condo! It has the best patio and right beside the pool area, and a short walk through the pool area to the beach. The condo was very clean and stocked with any essential you could think of. Even an air pump to pump floats! There were 4 of us and we had ample space to fit us comfortably! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Convenient Place

This place is all about convenience. Steps from the pool, yet quiet. No waits for elevators. Steps to parking. Great layout for a studio. Central location in east PCB that is under 5 minutes from grocery and drug stores and numerous restaurants, even on a busy holiday weekend. Walk to local clubs and amusement parks if you can tear yourself away from the pool and beach.Top of the Gulf has a wonderful large, well-maintained pool and the beach here is top notch. Included chair and umbrella service was quick and friendly. Unit itself is nicely appointed with tasteful, up-to-date counters, cabinets and flooring. It has a well stocked kitchen and every appliance you can imagine from fans to a vacuum to mitigate the white sand that is a key feature of the Florida panhandle beaches. The place is kept immaculately clean.The beds are super comfortable.

Wonderful

We loved staying here. Everything was so clean and comfortable just as shown in the pictures. Great views; perfect for enjoying that morning coffee and soaking up the sunshine. Check in and check out was super easy. Great communication with the host. She even emailed me to make sure we had no problems with check in. If you are looking for a wonderful condo with the amenities of home, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Clean, great beach access!

Perfect for our family. Not a long walk to the beach. Beach chairs are a plus. Clean, owner was very good about responding to questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay! And we enjoyed the outside seating area!

Great stay

Everything was just like the pictures on the ad. Check in and communication was perfect. We loved having the floor unit with smaller kids who don’t like to stay out on the beach or by the pool for long stretches at a time. It wasn’t crowded at all so we really enjoyed that too.

AMAZING Spring Break

It was our granddaughter's Spring Break so a trip to the beach was in order. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach condo. The location was perfect, just steps away from the ocean. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Paula and Doug were very responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back!

Great Experience!

Our host was amazing and the property was quiet and clean. Everything was just as described , the host knew I had small children with me and helped get us in before expected check in time so the kids could play on the beach . I am looking forward to booking this unit again.

My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can set out on your on patio and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
