The Space:
Despite its compact size (115 sq. ft.), Salvador's Seclusion is thoughtfully equipped to provide comfort and convenience. The studio features a cozy Queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee supplies to jumpstart your mornings. Stay cool with air conditioning, enjoy free WiFi, and catch your favorite shows on cable TV. For added convenience, shared laundry facilities are available just down the hall.

Guests have access to a tranquil heated pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We had a great stay! The property is super cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect - quiet but still a close walk to everything. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The women working reception were also great to work with.The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, although it was listed as is. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Location is great and pretty quiet except roosters but roosters are everywhere. The room we stayed at needs a dresser to place cloths. Kitchenette was great for the holiday Thanksgiving.

Property was exactly as described. Is the room small? Yes. Did it have everything we needed for a long weekend? Yes. Would definitely stay here again. Location was convenient to Duval, but far enough away that it was quiet in the evening.

Intimate space for a couple to spend a few nights in the tropics, close enough to Duval and Whitehead that you don’t have to drive to bars or restaurants but also far enough away to stay out of the more crowded areas. Room was very clean upon arrival and amenities of property were nice as well

Great use of every square inch of this guest house and a good place to crash for a couple of nights. Nice little pool. Definitely needs a better AC unit that doesn't make so much noise, though. That was the biggest drawback and why I would not recommend room 4.

Good little place. Perfect for sleeping and roaming around the keys. I'd stay again. Only thing is that we were there for a long time and ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and didnt know how to request more

The room was perfect for what I needed. I was by myself so there was enough space. The pool was lively and I was able to walk everywhere. My only issue was the rooster that woke me up every morning around 4:00am. Not the problem of the place I stayed but it was annoying. Also, the room was a nice cool temperature every time I walked in which was nice after walking around in the heat.

The absolute best rental for a solo traveler!

This small unit was incredible and perfect for a 3 night solo traveler in key west! The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to Duval, less than 10 minutes to the southern most point. But it’s quiet and not busy so you sleep great! The AC was ice cold which was perfect for July in key west, the rental was clean and had everything you need (pool towels, shower towels, soaps, coffee maker with coffee, dishes and dish soap, hair dryer). It had cable TV which I loved for relaxing. The bed was comfy, the shower was excellent! It’s a very small unit but I tell you it’s perfect for one person! Two people would be ok too but solo is ideal! The pool was awesome too! It’s just such a cute place and perfect location! The communication with the host was great, they offered free transportation to and from the airport and they offered to hold your luggage before and after check out which is amazing! I felt safe and secure there too. Will for sure recommend and for sure stay there again!

The only complaints were there was no storage in the room at all (no dresser, closet, or bathroom sink) so it made getting ready a bit difficult and while they gave us a code to our room, we did not get a code to the hallway but luckily a neighbor came by to let us in. It was in a walkable location to all the places we wanted to go so it was convenient not having to move the car and the bed was comfy.

The property was in a convenient location for walking and a good price and clean. However, there is no storage space (no dresser, no closet, no bathroom sink) so it made unpacking or getting ready in the morning very inconvenient. The shower is also very cramped. They were good about giving us the door code to the room, however we did not get the door code to the hallway and had to rely on a neighbor helping us get in and telling us the code the 1st night. We never found the pool. The room has good A/C but the hallway was not air conditioned.Overall, it was a good place to crash, but would probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Once we arrived, we found the unit to be as described small, clean, and comfortable. When we were at the unit, we enjoyed the pool. We decided not to rent a car and didn’t regret it. We walked to Duval and enjoyed the backstreets too. Ubers were plentiful for the nights we wanted to venture a little further. If you’re looking to explore Key West and just need a place to shower and sleep, this unit offers an excellent stay!

Great place but….

I love the location, pool and bed!!! The only complaint I have is the bathroom. I can handle small but this was not well designed. Bathroom sink was so small when I brushed my teeth I water dripped on the floor. The shower is open concept but all the water flooded the sink area instead of draining into the drain. I would stay again but I might try another room.
