This inviting suite is part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, providing easy access to shared hot tubs and a lovely outdoor patio perfect for soaking in the island ambiance. With a kitchenette, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi, you'll feel right at home.

The Space:
Pelican Suite features a bright layout perfect for couples or friends, with two comfortable Queen beds for a restful stay. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the lively attractions of historic Duval Street, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and nightlife. Convenient amenities like a café, convenience store, gift shop, and bike and scooter rentals are all located on the same block. Don't miss the iconic Southernmost Point, just one block away, and South Beach, only three blocks from your door. Pelican Suite is part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, a charming six-unit property that can be rented together for larger gatherings or family retreats.

Guest Perks:
Enjoy seamless, contactless check-in with our easy e-lock system. Pelican Suite is also pet-friendly, welcoming one small dog (30 lbs or less) during your stay. Please note that on-site parking is not available.

Pelican Suite is perfectly situated to explore the vibrant culture of Key West. You'll have quick access to local cafés, bars, and unique shops, making it easy to embrace the island lifestyle.

Getting Around:
Key West is extremely walkable, but you can also rent bikes or scooters to explore the area. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are readily available for added convenience. If you need help with parking options, just let us know!

What a great place to spend a long weekend! The rooms were very clean, and communication and entry/exit from the property were super easy. Will definitely recommend this location for a vacation stay.

Perfect key West location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was nestled in a private courtyard. It was close to everything but you didn't have people walking past the place all the time. It was clean and had what was needed for a comfortable stay. I would rent it again.

The communication from the Rick was at a rapid response. Really pleased with how accommodating he was to make everything comfortable and easy. You could not get a better location and it was very easy to quickly disconnect from the activity outside with this cozy little cottage. The only thing I felt bad about was my children loved to go in and out of the door and I feel it may have disrupted the other guest next door and we apologized upon our departure as he heard us leaving early morning!

Very clean and host was available and helpful.The beds were extremely comfortable. Only issue was the height of the beds. We are short people so climbing into bed was more difficult. We would book again!!!!

Nice clean room. Very hot at first. The AC unit doesn't fully cover the room but they had 2 fans and after turning those on was comfortable. Place was very clean. Close to everything. Host very responsive. Loved the peacefulness. Would definitely stay again.

First, the cottage, it isn't fancy, but clean and perfectly fine for a stay in Key West. it had everything we needed. What set this place apart from any other VRBO I've stayed in is Richard, the owner, and his staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had what we needed and our comfort and enjoyment was their first priority. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, but whenever they were available they were very willing to take us wherever we needed to go. Marie, Zoey, Nikki and Jeff were amazing. I will definitely stay at a Colocada rental again. 10 out of 10 for me.

Beautiful place! Adorable and well-appointed. Comfortable beds, great a/c and water pressure, a washer and dryer that saved our lives from endless wet beach clothes, and plenty of towels. Plus, it’s next-door to a convenience store/cafe that has everything. Great, clear, kind communication from the hosts. Couldn't be better. Highly recommended.

Loved this rental. Hubby, myself & daughters (13 & 15yo) had a wonderful experience. Stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location - close to all the fun stuff be enough distance to be quiet to sleep. Beds are super comfy & on high frames which was perfect for storing our suitcases. Very clean and impressively spacious feeling. Full size fridge w/ freezer & microwave were vacation savers! The bathroom is a good size, clean & hot water w/ great pressure. The staff were great too - super responsive to any requests & very helpful. Free rides to & from the airport if you schedule ahead of time. The AC was quiet & super effective & there were two extra fans so kept plenty cool. There are 3 hot tubs so will never have to crowd in. Tho it was much to hot during our trip. Also BBQs and 2 sets of washer/dryers that worked great. We LOVED our place & made our trip extra awesome having a super comfy & private place to come home to. Great location too - catty-corner to Duvall street & Southernmost point. Easy bike ride everywhere- super convent A&M scooter/bike rental right around the corner next to Anna’s market & cafe which was great for snacks, drinks, ice & sandwiches - delish & reasonable pricing. Loved the Tipsy Rooster liquor store & bar right across the street - great live music every night & reasonable priced drinks. Perfect for a nightcap at the end of the day. I would TOTALLY stay here again - LOVED it!

Fantastic Location

Great property and location. Close to convenience store - which makes excellent deli sandwiches and coffee. Across the street acoustic guitar and some evenings. A block or two from Duval - yet quiet. Will stay again !!!

Wonderful

Clean, cozy, safe and quiet, out of the way but walking distance to everything! Well furnished, we didn't need anything. Comfortable beds. Really a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
