Andy’s Attic is an affordable, cozy studio designed for two guests. Located in Bahama Village, this budget-friendly rental offers easy access to Key West’s most famous sights. Key West may be small, but the experiences you’ll have here are grand—and Andy’s Attic provides a perfect place to enjoy it all.

The Space:
This second-floor studio features a Queen bed, kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker), free WiFi, and cable TV. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, it’s ideal for guests seeking a wallet-friendly stay in paradise.

Guest Perks:
Guests have access to the shared heated pool, sundeck, BBQ grill, and bike rack. Contactless check-in ensures a smooth arrival, with personalized codes provided in advance.

The unit was misrepresented. I sent explanation and photographs to the host. Checked out 2 days early and had to pay for alternative accommodations. I feel strongly that a partial refund is due.
It is impossible to get in between the bed (sagging mattress) and this counter top and actually pull out the stools. Forced to sit on the bed to eat.
To shower, one needs to reach around this partial plastic(?) barrier and adjust the shower without getting soaked with cold water which floods the floor right up to the sink.

The bathroom was an issue, wet floors, bathroom window rotted, could use some towel bars or even hooks in bathroom for hand towels. It was not the room pictured as the pictured one had a dresser and ours had a buffet with stools that you could no way use. The dresser would have given a little more room to get around the foot of the bed.

The maintenance man was amazing since the bathroom door was warped from the water from the shower hitting it. Defiantly not worth the money. Difficult check in, thanks to the couple that was in pool that could help us.

This room was perfect for me. It was all that I needed. Location was great also, since I did not want to be in town close to the party end of Duval St. Check-in & check-out were easy. The ONLY thing I did not like was the dirty doors & gates on the property. There are several gates & doors since there are several rental units on this property. They all were dirty black from too many hands touching them. Other than that, I would definitely rent again from here.

Place was as described. Although I was aware how small it was prior to booking, it is definitely hard to envision until you get there but it was just what we needed for two days in key west. It was enough room for us and our two corgis. The pool area is beautiful. The location is amazing and close to so much. We used a bike to get around and it made everything so easy. I also love that we had access to laundry as well as we were doing a two week road trip so this was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!

As advertised. Super small but get loction and pool. The bed wasn’t the most comfy for us. The room did its job but we weren’t wanting to spend any Extra time in there, that’s for sure

Relaxed into the New Year

What a wonderful experience we had in Andy's Attic. The location was outstanding! Pool was very private. Loved the washers and dryer to help us get ahead before flying back home. Street parking was never an issue. Cleaning staff was so sweet and always working very hard. Perfect cozy room for deep sleep and lazy naps. Thank you so much!!!

Such a charming little place. Conveniently located to shopping dining and nightlife. The pool was the perfect temperature and the bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back again!
