It was very comfortable and cozy and in a very good location nestled down a quiet neighborhood street. My mom and friends and I were going to two different locations one in Winter Park and then to Mount Dora and it was a perfect place to stay right between the two. Owner was very accommodating on any thing we needed and was very comfortable.

This house is a gem! An updated craftsman style, cute comfortable seating, calming colors, and a functioning equipped kitchen. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Private drive made coming and going simple. My stay was quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is nice and the porch patio was relaxing. Denise was very friendly and accommodating! She helped my get an iron delivered and was quickly available for any questions. I would absolutely stay again!

If I were to stay again or if you are booking definitely ask for more towels. I found it odd there was only 1 towel each - 2 total which in my opinion not enough. the 2nd bath is a half bath, no shower. The first step into the kitchen is a little tricky especially the first- or second-time coming in. nice quiet neighborhood and good location to 436.

The AC gave us trouble a few times. Host was great! Had some waters and granola bars there for us which was a nice touch.

Garden Oasis

My wife and I stayed here for a few days for my birthday and to visit friends and family in the area. The stay was perfect. The house was clean, spacious, and quiet. Since we were there for the 4th of July, we also got to see amazing fireworks in all directions. We were close enough to the parks and in a really beautiful area with awesome places to explore. We even went to the Italian restaurant that was recommended, and it was worth going to; we even went twice. We would stay here again!

The home is roomy, the beds are comfy. There is a large window looking out to the mossy trees that I loved! The neighborhood is quiet, Publix is nearby. There are several off leash parks for the pups nearby and trails we enjoyed.We had a great time.

Relaxing

Quiet and relaxing retreat in the midst of all the hub-bub of the city. Walked to the park each morning to enjoy some birding. Very nice and comfortable accommodations at the house and on the deck overlooking the private yard.

Perfect house for us!! We arrived late and had gone to store, but forgot to get coffee stuff snd she had it there. Very cozy, easy access to I-4 and stores/restaurants. Very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Owner is great to work with!

Sweetest hideaway

This is the cutest property. i was so surprised to find such a charming property with a large yard right off the highway. Many amenities very close by, but you did not feel like you were close to a busy interstate. The location, the attention to detail in the landscaping, the lighted walk ways, and lights left on, due to our very late arrival, were all so helpful and did not go unnoticed! Very easy to park, find, and check in, due to the owners attention to detail. We felt very safe during our stay and undisturbed

The best getaway!

My wife and I chose this property to stay at while we celeberated our 1 year marraiage anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet, quaint, and very peaceful. The house is in the center of so many food and entertainement options while also being hidden away in the most adorable little neighborhood. The house has beautiful landscaping that makes you feel like you are tucked away in your own seceret garden. The host was very accommodating and was available for any questions or concerns throughout our stay. If you want a nice little garden getaway this is what you are looking for. :)

Wrong location listed

Drove 4 hours to get to the address on the listing, with small children, elderly, and a pet. Finally arrive and it took us to an empty parking lot behind a commercial building downtown at night. After texting the host, she informed me that the address is wrong on the listing and gave me the new address, which ended up being 20 mins away back on the highway. We had to cancel and ended up staying with family nearby, in the middle of the night. The host made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal, but after sitting on the phone with customer service for an hour, I was able to get a partial refund. Terrible experience for my family and I, especially during the holidays. Make sure to confirm the address location before booking!

Great location, Quality not up to standard

Positives -- Near expressway and popular grocery stores.- Air fryer was clean.- Newer stackable washer and dryer met our needs.- Nice deck in back yard.Negatives -- Had I known the property was essentially a duplex with, might I add, direct access to a separate unit inside of the home, I would have not chosen this property. Due to my concerns for my family’s safety, I blocked the access door to the second unit with a large china cabinet following a brief interaction with a man at our front door who only identified himself as “Electrician”. Though the owner apologized for the mixup, the fact that we were unaware that the property had direct access to a separate unit was really disappointing - the listing description actually claims “ENTIRE HOME” will be rented out, hence I feel that we were mislead.- The floors throughout were EXTREMELY filthy, so much so that my entire family wore shoes throughout our entire stay.- There was dust everywhere.- I personally had to scrub the shower floor after noticing tightly curled black hairs prior to us using it. Shower curtain is stained and should be replaced. - Home is a fixer upper that has not been fixed - if you don’t mind shoddy paint lines, wood trim and kitchen cabinetry from the 1900s, this is the perfect rental for you. - Backyard is shared with second unit, not private.

I am sorry you had such a difficult stay. It seems you are the only guest with issues of cleaniness as the property is cleaned & updated regularly. I always appreciate comments about what might not be perfect, so I can fix something not perfect, however, Nothing in the property is "shoddy"! All the furnishings are high end leather & top notch bedding. You seem to be a germ a phob. Also, I am sorry my electrician went to the wrong property and you were scared someone knocked on the door. It was clearly stated it is a shared property, each side with it's own access for entry & driveways. Your family arrived early, prior to check in time & I tried to accommodate you and the housekeeper was rushed out & was unable to finish. I hope you had a safe ride home.
