Spacious stay in great location
The apartment was in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, the lake, and the apartment of the friend I was visiting. Comfortable bed, lots of kitchen utilities (I didn't really use), tv and wifi. There was not a hair dryer and the shower was great but does take a few minutes for the hot water to heat up - not a problem.I did not get the code for the door from the host until about 5 minutes before I arrived at the property, which was a bit nerve-wracking but overall fine. She checked in on how my stay was going and dropped off a cutting board and some knives. I actually really liked how the door locks worked, it was convenient not to have to remember keys.I didn't ever figure out where the laundry was - it's not in the unit, just fyi. Having off street parking was absolutely clutch. The only downside to the property is that the upstairs neighbors have extremely, and I do mean extremely loud footfalls. It sounded like they were sprinting in shoes across the floors at time. Thankfully they seem to go to bed early so this was not a big deal. But if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring ear plugs! Otherwise this was a great super comfortable stay. My friend visited and was impressed by how spacious it was for the neighborhood it's located in!
