This is for the upper level of the duplex known as “Sel De Vie”. This exceptional property boasts two levels of living space, a full-size living room, kitchen, dining area, and three baths. With 4 BR’s, we can accommodate 10 people comfortably. This home is located directly across from the beach with easy beach access, and is 1 mile west of the Hangout, where you can enjoy live music, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Experience the “salt of life” in the heart of Gulf Shores' vibrant scene.

The Space:
This beautifully decorated beach house is your little piece of paradise. Ideally located directly across from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast & just one mile west of the Hangout, near all that Gulf Shores has to offer. It has new floors and paint, new light fixtures, and a new deck. You'll love spending time in this special place. This property is large and comfortable, making it ideal for large families or any group that needs lots of space. Sel De Vie, upper level, offers a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. This property has high speed internet access and smart TVs with Roku and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

This Gulf Shores vacation rental is located right in the middle of all the action, but offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views from the deck.

This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is a queen sofa sleeper available. All bedrooms are furnished with memory foam mattresses.

The parking area in front of the home can accommodate up to 3 vehicles and it is free to park. If you need additional space, the lower unit of Sel De Vie may be rented as well (2/2, sleeps 8). The upper level is accessed via stairs so it is not handicap accessible.

Note: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 for an additional nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet (pet must not exceed 35 pounds, certain breeds prohibited, must let us know if brining a dog for approval)

The Neighborhood:
Nearest beach access is located 0.3 miles (5 min walk) to the west at the end of W 10th St, known as the Gulf Shores 10th St Public Beach.

Getting Around:
You can walk to much of what Gulf Shores has to offer but Uber, Lyft, and local taxi are available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
Note that this house is 3 levels. The top two (the two you are renting) are completely separate from the bottom floor which is rented separately. The entrance is on the second floor up a set of stairs. Please note that guests may park no more than 3 cars on the premises in order to ensure enough parking for other guests. And please note that there is no elevator, so guest must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.
