Esta comunidad tiene su propio campo de golf y rutas de senderismo. Está a solo unos minutos de NAU y está cerca de todo. Esta casa adosada se encuentra justo en el medio de la unidad circular, justo al lado del sendero urbano Flagstaff. La ubicación está cerca de Safeway, Best Buy, Flagstaff Mall, el restaurante Village Inn, el restaurante Wildflower, el restaurante mexicano Salsa Bravo y las tiendas del centro de la ciudad. La cubierta posterior de la casa conduce a uno de los senderos urbanos de Flagstaff. Puede caminar o trotar desde la parte trasera de esta propiedad.

Esta casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, todos en un nivel, sin escaleras para subir y una excelente sala de estar para leer y relajarse. Esta es una excelente ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad y del Continental Country Club, pero se siente como a millas de distancia, ubicado en el bosque con una ruta de senderismo, uno de los senderos urbanos de Flagstaff en su patio trasero.

Esta casa también cuenta con INTERNET INALÁMBRICO y Direct TV para que disfrute toda la familia. Puedes relajarte en el patio al aire libre y observar la vida salvaje o tomar un trabajo o caminar fuera del área del patio trasero. Si desea permanecer en el interior y jugar, el garaje se ha convertido en una sala de juegos, con mesa de billar, ping pong y otros juegos. Cozy Well Kept Home

The house was in a beautiful area. There was plenty of room for our family. The house was well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Weekend trip to go skiing

We rented this place to go skiing and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and about 30 minutes to Snowbowl. My boys enjoyed the game room and watching TV in the living room. Nice place and I would rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay here & would consider renting again. FYI when we got here the door to the garage was unlocked & never saw a garage door opener in the house. Checked the garage & did not see one there either.

I WOULD STAY AGAIN

THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN, EVERYTHING YOU NEED (EXCEPT PERSONAL ITEMS). KIDS LOVED THE PLAY ROOM AND SO DID WE. SNOWED A LITTLE WHILE WE WERE THERE. LOTS OF YARD, KIDS HAD A BLAST. IF YOU ENJOY OUR OWN SHOWS IN THE EVENING, BRING YOUR OWN DVD'S OR ROKU, THERE WAS DIRECT TV. I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT HOT WATER HEATER. SPOKE TO AGENT AFTER HOURS AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Lovely location

We enjoyed the neighborhood trails and wildlife right off our deck. We would suggest that a larger table and chairs be provided on the deck, to seat 4. As seniors we found the too soft sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable offering no support. Not having the use of a grill was disappointing. We never used the game room, we would have preferred a garage for our car. I would recommend this rental. The property manager was very good.

Thanks for leaving a review. The sofa has pillow for support so I am not sure why it was not comfortable. It made of suede material and it is nice and soft. I am sorry you did not use the game room. We made the garage into a game room, most people love it. There are picture of the garage/ game room on the website. Sorry you did not get a chance to enjoy it. There is plenty of room in the long drive way for 2 cars.

It was Beautiful scenery outside the inside of the home was nice we did not like the sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable, the washer was off balance when i first used it my husband had to put a piece of cardboard under the washer so it would stay balanced. On the stove one of the burner knob to your left was broke so i never used that burner. The faucet in the kitchen leaked around the bottom base. the walk in shower had mold all around the bottom which is not healthy for you long term. We had to kill 8 spiders inside the home which i did not like to see. The TV had no good channels to watch good thing i had my ROKU. I will not be returning

Wow, I am shocked. The washer is almost brand new and still has a new label on it. Is it possible you had an issue on how to load it? We do not have mold in the home. I know this for a fact. The shower and tub are all cleaned professionally with bleach and antivirus cleaners. We do have a few spiders come in the when the weather starts to cool down in the fall season. I will send out a professional pest control service to treat the inside just to be sure. The HOA maintains the outside and makes sure the property stays bug free. We also have Direct TV with at least 100 channels and we have this in both the living room and master bedroom. No one has complained since they can sign into there own Netflix account. We have had guests stay for 3 months and never mentioned that was a problem. I also followed up with you many times. When you check in, during your stay, and when you departed. You said you were happy with the home and your stay and hated to return to the valley. I am so sorry to hear you had these issues. I’m so sorry you were not pleased with the home. If you had called me, we could have resolved these issues. I try my best to take care of each guest and my other reviews reflect this.

Thanksgiving 2020 Getaway

We stayed in this townhouse for Thanksgiving 2020 and it was perfect! As stated, it is at the end of a street with open land behind it. This makes it quiet and peaceful, but it's only a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, restaurants and the Flagstaff mall. The Grand Canyon is about 90 miles away and Sedona is about 35 miles. The inside is larger than we expected. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with enough dishes/glasses/flatware to fill the dishwasher without running out. There is an abundance of pots and pans as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the townhouse. You don't need to walk through either bedroom to get to either bathroom. But if you want a little extra privacy, there are hallway doors that close making two bedroom/bathroom suites. It's hard to explain without a floor plan, but this really is perfect for a family or two couples. As Californians, it was pretty cold to us (highs in the 40s, lows in the teens) so we didn't take advantage of the patio or the games in the garage. It's a great setup, though. We did use the fireplace and the heater works great. This is certainly on our "will visit again" list!

Property was exactly what was described. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was friendly and very helpful. It's a lovely hideaway in the mountains. We really enjoyed the snow! We'll return for sure.

Wow!

The property manager was great,communicative and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and amazingly well equipped for any need. The location is just beautiful. Although it is next to other condos it is a very private lot backs the forest and it’s just beautiful. Couldn’t have enjoyed my time anymore.

Wonderful Wilderness Retreat in the City!

First of all, the house was perfect for us. The ping pong and pool in the garage were a special plus. The unexpected delight was the wildlife right out our door. This property borders a vast expanse of woods with neighbors visible but not that close. So you are in the wilderness -- yet not alone! All the city conveniences are just a few minutes drive away. Plus it was very quiet which was what we definitely wanted. At one point we saw a herd of FIFTY deer -- yes, 50! Plus all the birds and other small wild animals every single day. Therefore, we give this Flagstaff property the highest rating. We would say, however, be sure to check out the weather ahead of time for the period of your stay. Flagstaff has its own unique weather patterns. It is different, for example, from Sedona. Happy Trails!

Flagstaff winner

This was a lovely place to stay in east Flagstaff with access to forest paths. It was convenient to many places but in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was helpful and responsive to our requests.

Very nice duplex with all the necessities and a nice rear covered deck facing the forest. Forest walking trails right next to the property. Really enjoyed our stay.

A great experience

We loved our stay at this property. I only wish I had rented an SUV with 4 wheel drive. We had several inches of snow and there is a steep hill leading up to the place. It took me three tries to get up the slope in a two-wheel drive.

We normally do not get this much snow. We had 2 storms back to back with one the day you arrived. I wished you had called me. I would have told you how to get in without climbing a hill. This town home is right in the Country Club on a culdesac and is very easy to access. The road is paved and serviced by the city of Flagstaff. Additionally we had our snow guy, Jason clear the driveway. Right down the road less than a block away is the Windermere resort. No one has complained about this prior, so I think you would have an issue in general with Flagstaff getting so much snow.

Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed our visit to this lovely country club townhouse! It was very quiet and relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great fall visit to Flagstaff. We even saw a large herd of elk crossing through the forest!

Great location, perfect for a family!

We had a great time in Flagstaff. This was the perfect place to stay, it is close to town and shopping. My kids loved playing with the toys and watching satellite tv. It was such a fun trip! Thank you
