We’re excited to host you at our Lake Murray home. Located on a quiet private cove, you`ll enjoy lake views paired with plenty of room while also being close to downtown Chapin. This home is perfect for fishing, swimming, and relaxing!

This home sits on a private cove and includes one boat spot at the dock. You`ll find the game room in the garage made complete with a ping pong table, TV, and other games. This home is perfect for your group (and even your furry friends) to spread out and relax!

There is a doorbell camera to the left of the front door pointing at the door and porch. There are also 2 Wyze cameras, one at the front porch and the other at the back porch.
LAKE MURRAY WATER LEVELS IN THE WINTER MONTHS:
During the winter months, Lake Murray is subject to a scheduled draw-down to support water-quality and shoreline management efforts. For example, the operator plans to lower the lake to about 350 feet elevation (about eight feet below full pool) in early December and then allow it to rise again later. Under “normal” fall/winter conditions (outside of special draw-downs) the lake level is often around 355 feet above sea level, compared to a full-pool elevation near 360 feet.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
