Villa Taradise is a brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that offers stunning waterfront views, a private heated pool with spa, and large open concept living, dinning, and kitchen area.
It is located on the 400' vast Ceitus Lake that offers stunning sunsets as well as quick and easy Gulf access by boat via Matlacha Pass.

This home has lofty 12' ceilings with over 2,500 sq feet of living area. The open concept living, dinning, and kitchen areas allow you to get a view right through to the outdoor space and the canal beyond. With its 10' tall 90-degree sliding glass door, you can enjoy the outdoor living space while still connecting to the indoors.

The master retreat has 10' tall sliding glass doors with its own covered lanai with a view of the canal. The master bathroom centres around a beautiful soaker tub. There is also a private walk through shower, double sinks, and water closet. Beyond the bathroom, you enter a beautiful custom walk in closet, then the laundry room.

The second bedroom is spacious, with a king bed, a large window, and large closet.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, large window and large closet.
The forth bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and is connected to third full bathroom, that also connects to outdoor lanai.

There is also a main full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The dock is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. You will also see an abundance of wildlife such as manatees, stingrays, dolphins, and plenty of jumping fish. Different times of the seasons bring different species.
You can fish right off the dock, or relax in the 2 person hammock over the water.
