We had a wonderful time at this property. We really appreciated all the little essentials that were were available. Fabulous House!!

The property was beautiful! It was very clean. The home was well stocked with all the necessary items. It was so well organized. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The living room and pool areas were great spaces for our adult sons and their girlfriends. The hosts were spectacular! I would highly recommend this property. I sure hope to schedule a return trip back to this home in '26.

Excellent location and great house!

This house had everything we needed for our three week stay. Great location to so many good restaurants and stores. Being on the canal we rented a pontoon and explored the area many times. The homeowners were always available to answer questions for us. We would recommend this to anyone coming to Cape Coral!

This was a very nice home conveniently located in Cape Coral. Owners were very responsive. The pool is out of the sun by early afternoon in January. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The property was wonderful and the owners are fabulous! I've been renting in this neighborhood for 6 years and this house is the best!!! We will be renting from them again!

Wow! Will be back!

We absolutely loved our time in this home. Everything was perfect. The host has gone above and beyond to make it a nice stay. We appreciated the communication, the generosity (special things throughout our stay), and the cleanliness of the house. We will be back in the future and hope to be able to stay in this house again. The neighborhood owls are a must see and so cool!

The 4th / Birthday Getaway

This Home is Exceptionally Beautiful and Soothing, the atmosphere is amazing, the area is gorgeous and very peaceful, Relaxing by the screened in private pool, grilling, fishing out on the deck was fun, we were able to watch fireworks sitting out by the pool, The Host are Amazing , Friendly, Helpful about events in the area, and available for any concerns, So organized, there’s a book with all information about the home which was very helpful, Hats Off To The Host of this home It Is Amazing , My family and I are planning and excited to visit again , A Peace of Paradise

Family spring break 2024

We were initially an awe of the open concept beauty of this home. Teri and her husband live close by so when I inquired about a couple things, they responded immediately and stopped by to assist. The warm touches and love for this home is evident.

Fantabulous!!

I really can’t express in a short paragraph how happy I was with both the property and the hosts! The hosts were very responsive with any question I had leading up to my stay as well as while I was there. My son in law caught some fish off of Pine Island and when I inquired about a cast iron pan so we could cook it on the grill I had one in my hands within 10 minutes!! When my twin grandsons were coming for a visit they brought over the car seats they have for their twin grandsons…just a couple examples of what great hosts they were. I fell in love with the house and warned them I may never leave. It was very well equipped, very well kept and clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Oh, and I loved my owls!

The rental was everything that was stated on the site. Terri went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ready to go. She was first class in her communication and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt extremely safe during our day. There was a lot of room, and the pool area was perfect.

Wonderful home on a deep water channel

The home is everything that you would want in a vacation house. Nice beds, great towels both bath and beach! Kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. The saltwater pool is awesome! Indoor furniture is comfy and outdoor furniture is nice too. Spent a lot of time out on the lanai. Owners are great! Would recommend this home to anyone!

We are three siblings that own Cape Monarch. Our last name is Monarchio (thus the name)! We all grew up on Long Island in New York. Two of us live in Cape Coral so we are close by if you need anything. We know lots about what to do and where to go in Cape Coral so ask away!
This is our first adventure into using VRBO so let us know how we are doing. We would appreciate helpful feedback. And we also want your vacation to be wonderful so let us know if you have any needs or questions.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our parents had this house built mainly because of the location in our canal system. It has gulf access with no bridges or locks to go thru. So a sailboat can be docked at the house. Not that we have one these days but just in case. Our parents wanted each bedroom to have a full bath so that we would all come down to visit and be comfortable. And we did when they were living there. (They are in a small apartment now)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Well, first of all, we are nice people to deal with!!! But we think our home will be very comfortable for 3 couples or a large family of 6 or 8. Canal, pool, gulf access and everything you need to make our home, your fully functioning vacation home!!!
