We apologies for the inconvenience during your stay and we did refund part of your stay to help cover the loss of food, ice, and etc. We also purchased a new refrigerator and had it installed during your stay (in 48 hours). We spoke with you about using your coolers for your food needs but instead you decided to put the food and ice bags into the broken freezer in the refrigerator that was unplugged. That was not our suggestion or remedy. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and you did stay for your full intended dates. We were not notified about any of the other issues through our many conversations about the broken appliance.

Thanks for your review. Did you find the cooking ware next to the fridge as there's multiple frying pans in there. Also, there should have been some larger plastic bowls in the kitchen also. If not we will have them replaced as they are taken often by guests.

This guest stayed for an extra day without booking that we were able to accommodate and then left most of his items at the house after check out the last day (extended day). Communication was poor and not surprised on a bad review as he was not happy with having to pay for the final day that he never booked.

Leaving a 2 star review due to one window not having shades on it? You're message to me said the house was clean comfortable and spacious that made for a great trip. That doesn't seem like it's a 2 star.
