The property is beautiful! Nestled off the road and in the trees. We experienced all the fall colors just out our windows. Wrap around porch was lovely! Fire pit was perfect for a night of smores. The inside is heavenly! So clean and well decorated and filled with natural light during the day. Host was friendly and responsive! I would gladly stay here again if ever in the area! 10/10

The cabin was very nice, one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close. The driveway needed work and porch furniture was pretty old. Outside around cabin needed some TLC. Six miles from Kingston Springs and about 25 miles from Nashville, a little further than we were expecting. KS has a pizza restaurant, thinnest pizza crust I've ever had, and a bar next door, food was okay. Probably wouldn't stay there again. It would have been a better review if the cabin would have been located in a different place.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the cabin very nice, and we’ll address the maintenance items mentioned. Interestingly, you’re the first guest we’ve had raise these concerns. As for the location, unfortunately that’s one thing we can’t improve. 😊 The cabin is exactly where it was when booked, with its location and distance from Nashville clearly stated in the listing. We’re sorry Kingston Springs—and apparently its pizza crust—weren’t quite what you expected. We wish you happier travels next time

Due to the weather we unfortunately were unable to actually stay at stay at the property but Dena was freaking amazing with communicating with me throughout the entire process !

This cabin was ideal for my husband and I to bring his 84 year old father to for a quick weekend trip to The Hermitage. Everything was clean and neat - and the cabin setting is gorgeous, nestled into a large property covered with mature trees. The only recommendations I have are to bring your own skillet if you plan to cook while you’re there, and to be prepared to take a longer shower than you expected to, as the water pressure is a bit low. Overall this cabin gets a 5-star rating from us!!

Beautiful house! Even better in person!

This house was perfect for 3 people. Very secluded and private. Everything is so cozy and relaxing. Definitely would want to stay again.

Very convenient location close to Franklin. We wanted to be surrounded by nature. We had deer in our yard daily. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was extremely clean and very comfy. The wifi was fantastic. The communication with the host was very fast and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay! It was cozy, beautifully furnished, decorated, clean and just the right location from downtown Nashville (35 minutes for us). The hosts were incredible! They responded promptly and left plenty of amenities for us to use.

Peaceful and wonderful experience!!

My children and I had such a wonderful experience!! Our host was Amazing and accommodating in every way! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Fairview is a very short drive and has anything and everything that you could want.

Perfection

Best get away ever! We booked this house for thanksgiving. So we utilized everything. All the cooking and baking, to lounging and bathing! This cottage containes it all. Two coffee makers, one drip and ine with pods. Dont worry about bringing you own coffee, they provide it. The kitchen has cooking oil, to foil. Plastic wrap to parchment paper. If you are going to stay a day or a month, all you need are your clothes and food. There are planty of room to store your stuff while you are staying. The washer and dryer comes with soap and dryer sheets. The dishwasher has pods and apears to be new. When in the shower, you dont need shampoo, conditioner or bath soap. They have it! Fantastic! This cottage is close to towns but enough away from them that you are so along. That is so wonderful!! You will have the best night sleep on the beds. The pillows are great and the sheets are soft! If you get hot, turn on the ceiling fan! Its winderful! When you walkninto the home, its just that, feels like hime! Enjoy your stay and dont be afraid to reachnoutnto the owner, she is great!!

We had a 4 night stay. We did not want to stay in Nashville and this location was easy to get to, it was also secluded and we felt safe here. The property was super clean and well equipped. Supplies were all on hand including coffee. I highly recommend this property.

as advertised a great quite get away but very close to all manner of outdoorsy entertainment as well as handy urban entertainment. the cell phone map apps were really helpful to navigate the quaint twisting roads. :)
