Villas located this close to the Ocean benefit from a constant gently sea breeze. The bedroom windows can be opened when sleeping. there are outer louvered shutters which can be closed & locked for security but still allow a generous air flow for cooling, plus you get to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep !!
