Newly installed Dutch doors invite fabulous ocean breezes all summer long, creating a cool and comfortable home. The recently updated kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with modern finishes, ensuring a stylish and functional living experience. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub-shower combo. Both bedrooms are outfitted with ceiling fans for added comfort, and the beds feature lush memory foam mattresses, including a Temper-Pedic memory foam topper for the king bed. A stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located within the unit, and a detached one-car garage adds extra convenience.

Enjoy stunning ocean views from the primary bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen, and on your private back patio that opens to a grassy space perfect for soaking up the sun. Dogs are welcome, but they cannot be left unattended on the patio. A temporary unsecured metal fence is provided for added safety.

The community of Vista Pacifica is dog-friendly and offers beautiful walking paths with streams, mature pine trees, and tranquil waterfalls. The Rancho San Clemente Ridgeline Trail is almost connected to the property, providing easy access to a 3.9-mile loop offering stunning views of the Pacific and a moderately challenging route for hikers, mountain bikers, and runners. Only a 4 minute drive to Steed Park which offers 8 beautiful, new outdoor pickleball courts (free to use).

- Renters staying for more than 4 weeks are required to schedule mid-stay cleanings.
