Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. Close by on Island Estates is the Clearwater Beach Aquarium where the movie Dolphin Tale was filmed. The nearby Pier 60 has a wonderful playground for kids and entertainment and vendors on weekend evenings. Clearwater Recreation Center and Aquatic Center are nearby with a children’s pool, lap pool, tennis courts, and gym. Many shopping and dining options are a short walk or trolley ride away.

Clearwater Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. With its wide white sandy coast, it is perfect for walking, sunning, and castle building! The waters are usually calm, so perfect for wading and floating. Palm Place, being towards the North end of the beach, is located in a quieter, more relaxing area. However, if you desire the hustle and bustle, you can take a short walk or trolley ride south to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Palm Place is quaint, having four units total. With each unit having its own full kitchen, you can enjoy making meals at "home" in between our many fabulous restaurants. You may also enjoy the grill and outdoor eating in our lush courtyard. You are steps from the beach, so after grilling, you can walk down to beach and enjoy the sunset. It is a perfect spot for multiple families, family reunions, wedding parties to enjoy a private space together, with the ability to rent all four units!
Each unit has been recently renovated with a beachy, coastal vibe.
