Pet Policy: We love our furry friends! Please note the following rules for bringing your pets: - No Cats: Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. - Weight Limit: Dogs must be under 40 pounds, with a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. - Clean-Up: We kindly ask that all dog waste in the backyard and front yard be picked up. Fees: A flat fee of $50 applies for stays of 5 days or less. For longer stays, it’s $15 per day. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests! Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use
