This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat boasts some of the finest panoramic bay views in Ocean City. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, while the bedroom offers a new king bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Perched over the water and nestled on the fifth floor at 117th St., this waterfront penthouse offers a unique experience for those seeking both relaxation and adventure, just three blocks (an 8-10 minute walk) from local stores and the beach. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation, our condo is the perfect destination. Enjoy convenient access to the beach, along with popular local spots such as Green Turtle, Pizza Tugos, Sophia’s Italian Restaurant, Gold Coast Mall, a movie theater, and ice skating at The Carousel Hotel. With grocery stores, renowned restaurants, the Art League, and shopping malls nearby, everything you need is within reach.

Our condo features a bright and open layout with an all-new kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a new disposal, granite countertops, a built-in microwave, and crisp white cabinets.

For your convenience, an elevator is located on the right side of the first floor, providing easy access to the fifth floor. Parking is available in the designated guest lot across the street, marked “Harbor Sails Guest Parking.”

**Additional Amenities
During your stay, you’ll have access to an outdoor tennis court and swimming pool, conveniently located just across the street to the right of the parking lot. (The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on September 14).

**Guest Access

**Rental Policy
This property rents to families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of 25.

**Linens and Towels Policy

*Linen policies can vary among hosts in Ocean City. In our case, we offer the choice for guests to either bring their own linens (sheets) and towels OR choose a 3rd party linen service.

*Websites will be provided upon booking.

*Should you choose not to, you must provide your own bed linens (sheets) and towels.

*All the beds are covered with water-resistant bed padding protectors over the mattress.

*Remember to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online.

*** No Loud parties, noise that disturbs other units will not be tolerated and will result in eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.

*** We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), dishwasher pods (2/stay), and laundry detergent (2 cubes/stay).
Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

*For weekly rentals, check-in dates are available any day of the week.

*Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check-in with 2+ night stay minimum.

*** You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We don't offer long-term stays over 21 days.

Other things to note
A minimum length-of-stay requirement is 3 nights from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (September 6).
