Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Welcome to Sonesta Villa resort that SLEEPS 10. Indoor-outdoor vacation home that brings a new level of luxury to Lake Havasu City.
Sonesta Villa looks like a 5-star resort, and feels like a home crafted with love.
Relax in our yard with our resort style swimming pool with swim up bar and sunken outdoor kitchen, hot tub & fire pit. Cook together in the gourmet kitchen. Everlasting memories are waiting to be made at Sonesta Villa.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus the garage. There is parking for a boat at the bottom of the driveway.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
About 1.5 miles from Havasu Riviera Marina. It’s a great place to rent a slip or just a short drive to launch your boat. Just a short 6 mile drive to London Bridge.
There is plenty of parking for several cars or SXS or boat.
POOL/SPA HEATING
>Pool is not heated in the winter months
>Spa heating is included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $100/week charge for spa usage
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)
CAMERAS
Two out front on the garage. One by the front door entrance and one outback looking over the back yard.
In place for safety and security reasons, not actively monitored, motion detected and recorded.

>$20 service charge added to shipping cost
PETS
>$25/night per pet, 2 pets max
>$200 charge if a pet is brought into the home without paying the pet fee
>Pets must be picked up after and not left alone in the home
HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit ($500 for holidays) upon booking and is refunded at checkout upon inspection unless there are damages or items missing
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
