Jump right in, enjoy splashing or floating in the beautiful blue pool or relax in the spa while watching the sunset & broadcast music on the house MusicCast system to the outdoor speakers while you wait for the steaks on the grill. You will have access to the 60 ft garage for your parking needs, so bring your boat or toys.
The space
Gorgeous, super sharp home, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is completely outfitted with beautiful granite counters, dark cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. There are 2 master suites eith king beds and 1 guest room with 1 queen bed and 3 bathrooms, each has been stylishly furnished and decorated. Inviting décor abound with comfortable furnishings, wall hangings and a large screen smart televisions in each room.
Travertine pavers surround the pool adding a touch of luxury to the outdoors. You will find plenty of seating and loungers for sunbathing. The bright blue pool can be heated to 80 and is great for swimming, floating or lounging on the baja shelf or gather around the pools table top to enjoy a game of waterproof cards or the patio big screen TV. You can also gather in the hot tub to relax and watch the sunsets and soak off the events of the day.
The garage is a massive 60’ long all usable space for you. There is an air compressor available for your use, and the 2 car garage gives additional room for parking. Bring your boat, desert toys or whatever you want, parking is not an issue.
Guest access
The entire home is available to the guest with the exception of the linen closet in the master bathroom and locked cabinets in the garage.
Other things to note
There is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway, we like our neighbors so we ask that you do not park in front of their homes and you observe the city noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors . Beds: 2 king, 1 queen, 2 single roll away, 1 couch that does not make into a bed, and 2 air mattresses. Thank you!
