Este fabuloso condominio frente al mar está en una ubicación perfecta para todo lo que quiere hacer en Puerto Vallarta. El Complejo Península Condo está a sólo 5 minutos en taxi hasta el aeropuerto y el puerto deportivo, a sólo 10 minutos de la zona romántica. Muchos de los grandes restaurantes de la zona y un Starbucks a una corta distancia a pie. Un montón de espacio alrededor de la piscina de borde infinito con vistas al océano. Unas puestas durante todo el año desde el balcón. Este es un apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en la torre 2 en el piso 17, la unidad C. Las comodidades incluyen internet inalámbrico, televisores inteligentes con acceso a Internet en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, un gimnasio completo, sala de cine privada, bar / salón, sala de vapor / sauna / jacuzzi, impresionante lobby, ascensores y un centro de negocios que ofrece servicio de internet gratuito , faxes, etc. Una enorme piscina infinita, ya sea para nadar o vadear está justo en la playa, en el corazón de la Zona Hotelera Norte. Great property with beautiful ocean views!

The condo was comfortable, spacious and perfectly located. We loved being right by the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! In the mornings, a great breakfast/lunch spot was just a short walk away. Wonderful restaurants and shopping were a quick taxi ride into town. Our host was responsive and the concierges, David and Alfredo were very helpful. We really enjoyed our time in PVR and would book this property again. Definitely recommend!

Our Puerto Vallarta visit

The condo surpassed our best expectations. Everything was clean and tidy, there was a large refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. Two big coffee makers, both of which worked. The view from living room and bedroom are fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and the beach. Everything we wanted to see was a short taxi right away, taxis were plentiful as were Ubers. We are coming back in November.

Wonderful place and location

We had a great time and the views were wonderful. Hosts were very responsive. Only thing is book flight for shortly after Checkout. You can’t stay at the pool after checkout. Understandable with lots of condo owners, but just an fyi.

A Great apartment and what a view!

We arrived at the apartment with no problem and had a good check in once we arrived. The view was spectacular as soon as we opened the door and we enjoyed the first of many gorgeous sunsets off the balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean and the building had good security. Location was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Excellent pool, clean condo

Breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room/kitchen, fall asleep looking at the beautiful lights and mountains of PV. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The condo was spotless. Most comfortable bed at a Vrbo I’ve ever slept on. Pool is amazing, close to everything you need. A quick taxi or uber ride to everything PV has to offer. 100% recommend

Fantastic

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The property was beautiful and the location was central to all of our activities. The owner was helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future!! Couple helpful tips, 1.) walk down to La Isla to get a taxi for much less than the concierge desk. 2.) Check out Cooking Vallarta cooking class, such a fun experience!!

Fantastic stay on the beach!

Have stayed at many home rentals. Some meet expectations and some come up short. This stay EXCEEDED expectations. Fantastic location right on the beach. Infinity pool is amazing. Very easy to catch an Uber anywhere. Longest we waited was 4 mins. Several great restaurants and shopping with in walking discustance. Hosts had several great suggestions for everything. We also enjoyed the other amenities in the tower, specifically the cardio and weight gyms as well as the steam room. Felt VERY safe the entire time and had no issues letting the teens go anywhere on the property by themselves. The key card to go to the beach or use the gym requires a deposit with the administration office, which is very easy. I only got one card and should have put deposits down for 2 to allow us to split up to the beach and gym. The stove is a fancy one and I didn't read the instructions on how to run it. Had I read the instructions I would have saved some time! Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms have individual ac units so you don't have to cool the entire house and still sleep in comfort. During the afternoon we turned off the ac and opened both doors to let the sea breeze blow through the condo and it was very comfortable (in July)!

Bad experience. Lots of problems including flooded bedroom floor. Many things did not work. Terrible internet service. Construction noise day and night. Won’t return. Beware of fake 5 star ad. Maybe a 3 star…

Amazing Stay!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, and the view was outstanding, The pools were great - clean and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas! The excellent security was reassuring and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and in good order and the kitchen well-stocked. The host was excellent about communication. He sent a list of "things to know" and several recommendations for dinner, shopping and things to do. Our daughters love going to the well-equipped gym and we all loved the spa services. Gotta say that the pool-side service was fast and the food and drinks were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovey stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Clean and well equipped. Great location. Close to groceries store and there are malls walking distance away if you are so inclined. Coffee shops (Starbucks and a local one are only steps off the property). Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penninsula! The staff was very helpful and polite. The condo had everything we could need for the week and we were very comfortable. Tim had excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping and activities. We will definitely return!!

Perfect Vacation

The location of this complex is minutes from the airport. I would suggest using Uber or a Taxi service as we definitely over paid by prearranging transportation from the airport to the condo. Check in was fairly quick and easy. You do have to purchase a key card to access the beach but that money is refunded once you return your key at the end of your stay. The condo itself has spectacular views and was spotless as far as cleanliness is concerned. The condo was stocked with extra towels, beach towels/bag, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to enjoy time together! Starbucks, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We did encounter a couple of small issues towards the end of our stay but Tim and the property management were quite timely in their correspondance and resolution. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean and beautiful place to vacation. The only recommendation I have to offer is to add curtains to the bedrooms (there are shades already on all the windows but curtains would help with the heat and early morning light).

Amazing Stay!

Wow, wow, wow! You know it’s going to be an amazing stay when the first thing seen upon opening the front door of the condo is an incredible ocean view! We spent a lot of time on that balcony soaking in the view. The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We lounged by the pool all day, and were just a short walk or taxi ride from some amazing restaurants and night life. The owner made the booking process a breeze and was very helpful in getting us get situated. We can’t wait to come back!
