We had a great stay at the Rhett Breeze Villa. The home was nicely furnished and we had everything we could need for our stay. The location was perfect - close enough to Brownwood, Sawgrass, Eastport, and Middleton. We did have two minor issues. First, is that our paperwork for the golf cart waiver and for the guest passes for some reason did not get received and processed. Jessie and team were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to get us over new waivers so that we could utilize the golf cart to get around. I recommend double checking that all paperwork is in order prior to your stay just so you everything you need when you arrive. Second, we had some issues with the golf cart losing power and quickly draining the battery while we were out and about. It is an electric cart, so at one point we were close to not making it back to the villa. Jessie and team were notified and indicated they would have someone take a look at the cart. Besides these two concerns, everything else was great and I would recommend both the Villa as well A&J Home Concierge to anyone looking to visit the area.

Well appointed home in a great location near Eastport and Magnolia plaza. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful golf cart! Fun patio villa -"would stay there again!

The Villa was awesome but the situation with the golf cart that was listed went sour right away.We rented this property because we wanted an electric golf cart and it was not working, they sent us a gas powered one which was very unacceptable. Even though we communicated our dissatisfaction they never offered a reduction on our rental! Will not use a VRBO rental again!
