Welcome to the 19th Hole Getaway. This unique golf themed getaway is spacious, well equipped and packed with amenities to ensure your stay is exceptional. Located in Lake Denham, this villa features two comfortable and spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dedicated work space and your very own putting green to practice before you play. Included in this rental are two bikes, an electric golf cart, and a BBQ grill.

PLEASE NOTE:
Small dogs under 35 pounds preferred. Due to extreme allergies, NO cats are allowed.
Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.
A golf cart is provided with this rental. We require a signed golf cart liability waiver for all guests wishing to use the golf cart provided with this rental. You are responsible for proper use of the golf cart and any damages that incur during your stay. Please follow the instructions for use provided to you at the property.
There are gates throughout The Villages. You do not need a pass to enter. Gates will have a button to access or a gate attendant for assistance. Gate passes are ONLY provided with stays of 30 days or more.
