The Space:
A historic home in the heart of the neighborhood of Park Hills, you’ll be right at the edge of Devou Park, a picturesque destination for hiking and biking with nature trails weaving throughout. Enjoy epic views of the Cincinnati skyline just across the river, and should you choose to experience them in person you’ll be less than a 10-minute drive from downtown. Each cottage can be booked separately, but when booked together, guests will enjoy the entire home with private entrances - perfect for the travelling group or a large family.

Entering each home, you’ll be welcomed by modern living spaces with elegant furnishings and calm, neutral tones and décor. The scene is set for your ultimate rest and relaxation between exciting days exploring the sprawling city. Sectional couches face large smart TVs where you can stream movies and shows on your personal accounts, never missing a vital episode. Off of each living room you’ll find a brightly lit alcove furnished with working desk and chair, where work-from-home travelers have a semi-private space to take meetings and complete projects. In Cottage #2, you’ll also enjoy a sunroom with porch swing overlooking the serene neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchens include stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and dining ware for the convenience of making delicious meals at home. Dine together or separately at the table and chairs in each, both equipped for 4.

Devou Park Cottage #1 comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 private bedroom, featuring a queen size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets. The full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Devou Park Cottage #2 comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The home includes 2 full bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
- Washer and dryer in each unit.
- An access door is available inside which allows for easy access between both units.
- It is a duplex. Apt 1 is on the first floor of the building. Apt 2 is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of building. Steps are required. Both units have a walkthrough door that can open up the complete space.
