Perfect get away spot! The host was great and the place was A. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice to have our own parking area. Be sure to check out OTR Donuts next door. They were delicious!

Room was nice, controlling temp was a bit of a challenge. Bedframe was a little unsteady. Shower was great but towels were not comfortable at all. Location was great for what we needed but climbing 39 Stairs for a couple of 65-year-olds was not the best for our knees. I would suggest a better description for rooms 4 and above regarding the stairs and for room six there was a couple more flights. Suggest adding a selection for 1 st floor or even second floor for 6 Plus age group.

Apartment was beautiful! Conveniently located. The "Host" of the property (Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals Ohio) were OUTSTANDING! Never a delay, and any question or issue was answered / resolved very timely. Appreciate the reserved parking. Would definitely rent from them again! THANK YOU!

Great suite overall, though, there was no toilet paper when we first came in and there was some minor damage, but both issues were sorted out relatively quickly. Very communicative team.

Everything about the room was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful in decor. Very cozy. We very much enjoyed the high ceilings and upgraded kitchen/bathroom. Our Host, Mike, checked in with us frequently and was very responsive to questions and concerns. The only downside is the parking. There is a gravel lot next to the building set aside for guest not visible from the room. Our truck was burglarized by someone busting our rear passenger window that we didn't discover until the morning we left. So, that put a damper on what was otherwise a very fun trip. Admittedly we left a duffle bag of shoes making it that much more tempting for someone looking for a quick score, something we'll never do again. Findlay Market and the brewery district were very fun, walkable, and interesting. The Connector was free and easy to use taking us downtown. As with any major city, be aware of your surroundings and take caution in the OTR neighborhood. CPD is very visible and responded quickly to our call about the burglary.

Worked out great for a quick weekend getaway

Building was clean and access was easy and safe (multiple key entries and cameras). Unit was up three flights, but I wasn't too winded upon getting to the third floor lol. Unit was perfect, and larger than expected. Clean and has all the updates needed. Bed was comfortable and thermostat was not set too high/low. Was some traffic noise and the ding ding ding of the trolley, but it seemed to end by 10/11pm and not start again until 9am. Overnight it was very quiet. Loved that there was a private, well lit parking lot adjacent to the building and was free. Price point was second to none; I will book again on my next trip! Highly recommend! Location was close to a lot of great restaurants and Findley market.
