Esta villa privada frente al mar tiene 4 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, 2 pisos, cocina completa, área de comedor y sala de estar.
Desde el momento en que llegue, nuestro amable personal estará allí para darle la bienvenida.

Venga a relajarse en la playa privada. Toma un baño relajante en la piscina. Cene en nuestra romántica terraza al aire libre que se abre desde la sala de estar o contemple la cálida puesta de sol desde el mirador junto al mar. Perfecto para las fotos.

Esta casa privada incluye 4 habitaciones con aire acondicionado en el segundo piso de la villa y 3 balcones relajantes. Todas las habitaciones tienen baños en suite. Hay un tramo de escaleras al segundo piso. 3 habitaciones tienen camas king size y 1 habitación tiene 2 camas individuales.

Edgewater está convenientemente ubicado al lado de Couples Resort y cerca de muchas atracciones locales. Algunas atracciones cercanas son:

Can't wait to go back!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Edgewater Villa. The staff was wonderful and made sure that everything that we needed we had. Chef Kevin, and the food that he prepared was so good. We were able to have massages right there at the house. It was an amazing experience and we are looking forward to going back!

Above and Beyond!! I am impressed!

WOW! I had the time of my life at Edgewater Villa and will be returning very soon. This was my first time planning and hosting a birthday trip for myself and Ms. Lisa and the Edgewater staff not only helped me with the menu, accommodations and decorations but they made sure me and my guests were well taken care of and had everything we needed throughout the duration of our stay. This was undoubtedly one of thee most memorable and incredible vacations I have ever had and that wouldn't have been so without the help of Mr. Hines, the Chef, Ms. Suzanne and even the security lol. The food was DELICIOUS! Every. single. meal was ON POINT! My goodness, do yourself a favor and book TODAY! The house looks exactly as it does in the images - clean, spacious, breathtaking and beautiful! They even added a beautiful, all-white dining area that overlooks the ocean and is stunning! We had direct access to the ocean and each balcony has incredible views. Thank you so much, Edgewater team for making me and my guests feel right at home. We will be returning soon! Excellent stay

One of the very best properties I’ve had a chance to visit, on my visits to this island. Beautiful beach, clean cozy and well maintained facility, staff service was excellent they treat you like royalty for a great rate, I will definitely come back to this villa!!!!

Very Nice Stay

I choose to stay here because of the location. We wanted to stay near Dolphin Cove since we had tickets. The villa is nice & new. Staff was nice and only was there when we needed so it was good for social distancing. Pretty views of the ocean really relaxing. Next time we’ll stay longer. Thanks

A perfect and safe stay!

I just left home from my stay at Edgewater Beach Villa & I wish I was still there. The staff goes way above and beyond to help us with everything. When I initially booked, Lisa arranged the transportation from the airport which made it so mucj easier for us. My family & I were greeted the second we got there by Wayne. The kids loved the snorkeling and kayaking on site. I also enjoyed the yoga in the morning . Everyone was so welcoming & helpful! They even recommended Covid Testing sites close by which was why I booked with them because other places had no idea. Thanks everyone! Hope to see you all soon!

Lovely Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater! From the incredible views of the water to the beautifully decorated home, we were treated to a little piece of paradise!! The staff takes great care of the property and it shows. Meals were prepared fresh and truly authentic! Couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! We will definitely be coming back for another stay!!

Gorgeous Private Destination

This vacation was exactly what we needed. Private, peaceful and fun. I loved the location, its close to everything. There are local bars and restaurants close by even a super market full of everything you need. They had liquor and all types of Jamaican goodies. We really enjoyed the private beach and how each room had it's own patio. Every night my husband and I were outside just listening to the water. It was fantastic. The pool was perfect for our daughter. She was floating around all day, I couldnt get her out lol. I can't wait to come again.

The Christmas the could have been....

Although the pictures looked amazing, we were very disappointed upon arrival. Arriving at night, the property was poorly lit (only 1 of the six bulbs in the gate lights actually worked) and we had a difficult time locating the house. The promise of a "staff" for cleaning, cooking and helping us around the island was quickly dashed. With the exception of the groundskeeper, Brandon, the rest of the staff was less than attentive. We were greeted by the housekeeper and cook but there was nothing prepared for our arrival...no food or drinks in the entire house. I had asked the property owner about food and beverage arrangements and he assured me the "staff" would take care of it. Prior to our arrival, I requested menus and suggestions several times with no clear responses. There is no vehicle provided with this property and we had to scramble to figure out transportation. Brandon saved the day by finding us a van when nothing was available on the entire island. I am not sure what we would have done had he not stepped up to help us out. He even drove us everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Of course after our first outing, I was scolded by the cook for not coming to her with our requests. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to do anything. It was very clear, they did not want to do more than the absolute minimum. As for the property itself, the pool had a fabulous view of the ocean. The small (about 30’) private beach allowed us to dip into the ocean and Brandon was good about cleaning it up for us every morning. As long as we stayed outside, the property was acceptable and Brandon was constantly fixing and tidying up. Unfortunately, the owner does little to provide him with tools to properly fix things, but Brandon does the best he can with what he has to work with. Going inside is another story. The place has not been well maintained. The refrigerator has trouble keeping things cold and the coffee machine looks like something you might find on a construction site! Be prepared and bring your own coffee filters or you will be using paper towels like we did! We even had to supply our own toilet paper! Individual air conditioning units try to cool the bedrooms but have difficulty keeping up. The mattresses are hard and the showers have little to no water pressure. The head in my shower actually fell off when we turned the water on…luckily we had better luck with the pipe coming out of the wall than the actual shower head!

Spacious enough to hold a large family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is also ready for you to use if you choose. A full size refrigerator to store your cold drinks and goodies you buy from the the local markets or town will keep you satisfied. Enjoy your breakfast on the outdoor veranda steps away from the pool
