Located in the up and coming Versalles district, this smart home is only steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool and fitness center are only 20 steps away from the condo's front door as well.

This private vacation condo equipped with everything you need. Bring your basics and everything else is there for you!

The Space:
We take pride in making sure all the details are taken care of so you can enjoy a relaxing time while in Puerto Vallarta. This smart home also boasts a complete state of the automation system as well.

Restaurants & Shopping: There is also many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and a grocery store all within walking distance from the home.

Guest Access:
The Versalles area of Puerto Vallarta is very safe and comfortable. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. If you don't have a vehicle, Uber is available and also very easy to use. An Uber to the Malecon is under $4.00 USD

The Neighborhood:
The penthouse condo is centrally located. Only a 10min walk to the beach, 10min walk to Costco and a 5min walk to the nearest shopping mall.

We've stayed at the property before in another unit and love the very safe and walkable neighborhood of Versalles.We've been in the building in October and now August and both times have been great. The permanent residents have been warm and friendly meeting at the pool, etc. Note, like all of PV, there will most likely be some construction noise. Luckily the building immediately south is just about done.Everything is working in the unit and the host ensured out check-in went well, etc.Would recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Punta Madeira. The location is perfect. Not too far from the beach restaurants right out the front door and Costco and the mall are a short walk away. Very clean condo and nice technology amenities.

Versalles Penthouse 5 stars, plus plus plus

John’s home was fantastic! Photos are accurate. Super clean and spacious. Stylish decor gives a warm home atmosphere. Generous storage plus tons of wood! hangars Well appointed kitchen and space to cook most of our meals at home. Really comfy bed , sofa and furniture. Desk, printer and great wifi speed so we could work remotely. Smart tech, many remotes, screens and speakers, with instructions posted to help w Alexa and all devices. Loved having Netflix and dimmers on the lights. We appreciated having good shampoo, laundry & dishwasher detergent, paper supplies, basic kitchen condiments to get you started. Lots of other thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay. Good sized, north facing balcony w seating and propane bbq - we used the bbq often, and sat out there often as it doesn’t get too hot. Well run, secure and quiet building in a pleasant and safe Versalles residential area. Fantastic cross breeze through unit keeps air fresh and temps down without a/c. Great unit to be just steps away from the unheated pool w plenty of loungers. Place to meet other owners/tenants. We felt very very comfortable here, a real relaxing home away from home, and would happily return and recommend it!

Merveilleux séjour (Wonderful stay)

Magnifique condo super bien équipé. Trois ou quatre marches et vous êtes à la piscine sur le toit qui vous offre un vue incroyable sur la ville. Agent de sécurité 24/24 à l’entrée. L’entretien de ce bâtiment est impeccable. De plus, le quartier Versalles offre plusieurs restaurants, épiceries (ne pas manquer la Comer) et Costco à distance de marche. Dix minutes à pieds et la plage est à vos pieds. La Malecón est aussi accessible à environ 30 minutes de marche. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison plage et soleil en plus. Magnificent condo super well equipped. Three or four steps and you are at the rooftop swimming pool which offers you an incredible view of the city. 24 hour security guard at the entrance. The maintenance of this building is impeccable. Also, the Versailles district offers several restaurants, grocery stores (don't miss Comer) and Costco within walking distance. Ten minutes and the beach is at your feet. The Malecón is also accessible in about 30 minutes. You will feel at home beach and sun in addition.

Great stay in Versailles

This apartment is located on the top floor near the heart of Versailles. It was clean and comfortable. You can enjoy all Versailles has to offer all within a few blocks. Costco and La Comer are an easy walk too. This condo allows you to enjoy a quiet stay but you’re only a quick cab ride away from the Malecon or Zona Romantica. It is an easy walk to 5 de December. All in all a great stay. John is available for any questions that come up too.

Great Place in Puerto Vallarta

We had a fantastic time. Restaurants around every corner. Great food, excellent condo, & John is a Super Host! When we come back, which we will, definitely booking same condo with John.

Great spot in a wonderful local neighborhood

If you're looking for a hidden gem in a local neighborhood, this is the place. The luxurious top-floor condo in a brand new building has nice amenities, smart features and great views of the city and mountains. Just steps to the building's rooftop pool with more amazing views. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, large closets and air conditioner with new king-size beds. The kitchen is nicely equipped, though we preferred to eat at the local trompo taco stalls and cevicherias where the food was excellent. Ten minute walk to the beach at Las Glorias. Five minute walk to the local shopping mall with huge grocery store. Very easy to get Uber rides from here, or a main bus terminal just blocks away. We were here for a week and will definitely come back to stay longer. Thanks, John, we loved your place!

Best of both worlds!

This was probably one of the best and smartest homes I have stayed at on a vacation. Alexa is at your service 24/7. John was such a great host and always responsive. He even took time out of his day to check in on us every couple days to make sure everything was going well. This home is located not too far from downtown and also very close to the marina. If you are looking for a quiet and chill place to relax and also a place that can get you some good nightlife, this is the place for you! There are so many food options nearby and so many adventures to go on. Getting around town is super easy and super accessible. THIS CONDO IS AMAZING AND THE VIEWS FROM BOTH SIDES ARE AMAZING. You will not be disappointed.
