Check in was easy. Staff was lovely. Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure and temp was excellent. And the rooftop and amenities were spectacular.

The rooftop deck and pools are amazing. So clean and the daytime and nightfall views are spectacular. We did not appreciate the music which was pumped out, however. It was often too loud and had a club feel, which was not relaxing.Our host Jill, was extremely accommodating and communicative. The weekly cleaning of the unit was an extra perk.The location was ideal for us, being new to Puerto Vallarta, and we found excellent restaurants, very friendly and welcoming people. It's in a busy and active corridor in the Zona Romantica, yet the condo was quiet and comfortable for sleeping.There is no view from the apartment, as it is on the first floor, but we were so close to the ocean and the Malecon for walking, we did not feel deprived at all. The unititself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.Finally, the security and the pleasant attitude of the staff made coming and going seamless at all times.We had a wonderful stay and vacation and we highly recommend this condo.

Jill was amazing with quick responses and informative…awesome condo, perfectly located in the middle of everything, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Stylish complex with security and did we mention the sunsets from the rooftop pool?!?

Comfortable, quiet and in the center of town

The owner of the property, Jill, was responsive and courteous. The condo unit is clean and well appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay in PVR. The rooftop pool is amazing and has great views. The building is close to the best restaurants and the beach.
