Beautiful home!

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home while attending a wedding over a long weekend. The home is well stocked and decorated so nicely. Great location! We would stay again!

Absolutly wonderful!

Anna is the best, she took care of every detail. The house was spotless and perfect for the size of our group. The backyard is awesome with a beautiful deck in a private park like setting. We grilled out almost every evening of our week long stay. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

this house was comfortably arranged for our family, open kitchen, two seating areas, comfy bedrooms, easy laundry, great deck and yard for toddler grandchild.. easy access to lovely beach.

Beautiful house near the water on lovely North Fork

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were two couples so we had more than enough room. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the beautiful, private backyard was a nice way to start each morning. The area is quiet and relaxing. We loved all the farm stands nearby - and vineyards, too. We toured a number of places on the island (don't miss Sagamore Hill) and found them easy to get to even though some of them were quite west of Riverhead. Anna was easy to work with and when we had an issue she had it fixed within an hour. If we were in the area in the future we'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend it.

Nice little house with deck, grill and private back yard.

The owner, Anna, was nice and easy to work with, no complaints! House is basic and clean. Large TV w Netflix, had all kitchen essentials. Grill and deck are on point. Yard is good sized if you want to play catch w young kids. Quick drive to beaches on the Peconic Bay and LI Sound sides. Peconic side beach (South Jamesport Town Beach) is also good for kids - shallow, no waves, just bring water shoes to cope with pebbles. Short drive to great wineries, a few good restaurants, stores. Basically all North Fork attractions are easy to get to from there - works well as a home base for daytime exploring.

Great house for North Fork family vacation.

Overall experience was great. The house met all our needs for our family, Anna was very responsive to all messages, and the location puts you close to local attractions (beach, vineyards, places to eat, etc.). There was a couple minor details that were unexpected with house, but Anna got back to us right away, she was very apologetic offering remedies, and it didn't impact our experience negatively. This house is a great value, and would recommend to others.

Perfect spot in North Fork, for great vacations

It was absolutely beautiful in every way. Definitely coming back!

We are family of six adults and stayed in Anna’s house for 7 nights. House is very comfortable and very clean. Anna is amazing host. She responded on my multiple texts and phone calls immediately. Location was perfect in approximately close location to multiple beaches, wineries, restaurants and other attractions. Thank you Anna for making our stay in your home very comfortable. Comforts of home!

Anna, the homeowner, is very easy to work with and responds to your questions almost immediately. The home offers spacious accommodations and includes all the conveniences you would have at home. Just bring your luggage and flip flops to begin a stress free and relaxing vacation. Thank you Anna for a fantastic stay at your rental home!

Fantastic getaway!

We have rented many homes for vacations and I have to say this has been the best by far. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the amenities including beach chairs, towels, paddleboard (for experienced boarders), air mattress, linens, but with what I was most pleased was the kitchen. They had fully furnished kitchen with good utensils, glasses, multiple coffee maker options, nice pans and pots, and nice dinnerware. we were able to celebrate a family event that seemed well organized, decorated, and cohesive. (which is not always the case in rentals) Anna was a pleasure to work with on renting and she was easy to communicate with. The beaches are close and lovely to walk to but also they make it available to park at the town beach. I would stay here again and again!

Light and airy

Anna ‘s home is truly a delight. It is bright , immaculate and perfectly equipped . The master bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen is functional with an extra skylight to make your cooking time all the more pleasant. I needed to finish writing a project and this was the perfect setting, with lovely walks around the area and the beach just a few minutes away by car. Also Anna could not have been more friendly and helpful. This is also a home well suited for kids with games in the closets and a generous back yard to run around. It was still cold during my stay but there is a landing across the street for the paddle board in the garage. That also must be a great asset in the summer months. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Peaceful Week in Jamesport

Our family was looking for a rental property near my dad's summer cottage in Jamesport. We were thoroughly pleased with our selection; the house was neat, clean and spacious with all the modern conveniences. Our host (Anna) was very attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. We would strongly recommend this property to any one seeking a quiet get-away on the North Fork.

A pleasure!

Girls yearly vacation was really a big hit this year in this lovely home. We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this one was right up there. The location was perfect close to stores, restaurants and quiet peaceful bay beaches. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The deck was large and looked out onto a lovely landscaped yard. Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had which is always a big plus. I highly recommend!!

Charming secret cottage

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and felt as if it was our own home. The house is perfect for a small family or group of friends. The amenities were more like a bed and breakfast than a rental house. The owners were the most kind and welcoming people that we have ever rented from. They even left us a bottle of local wine as a gift. The location of the home is like a secret garden tucked away under the trees and across from the water. It's also perfectly located on the island with easy access to all the nearby things to do. Literally seconds from deli's and coffee shops and the wine trails and just minutes to the beach. We truly felt like we were home.

We purchased this house in April of 2016- absolutely fell in love with it. We enjoy coming there with our 2 kids(14 and 20now)It is such a pure bliss after leaving Manhattan. And we would love to share the feeling with you.

We travelled and vacationed in North Fork since 2012 staying in South Jamesport. We fell in love with the place and decided to buy there. Looked for a perfect house for 2 years, finally found one and purchased it in 2016. We absolutely love coming here getting away from hustle and bustle of the city life.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love hanging out in our living room looking out on a perfectly landscaped beautiful back yard, having dinners on a deck, grilling local seafood and meats. When it's raining we hang out in front on the porch, listening to the rain fall playing board games with our kids. When it's sunny kids play soccer in the back yard or we go to the beach. Very relaxing experience. We also just purchased a paddle board, which is very exciting! We are surrounded by wineries where we love to go to have a glass of wine while looking at the vines that our kids love to run through.
