The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms, one with two twin xl beds and the second with a plush queen bed.

Per the cities laws on maximum guest count, infants must be included in the total guest count and are charged the same rate as adults.
We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.\
For our guests safety, there is a security camera set up on the front and back porch of the house.
Our home is nestled among mature trees, vibrant flowers, and well-maintained landscaping, creating a truly natural and serene environment. As a result, you may occasionally encounter a few insects during your stay. While we take regular and proactive pest control measures, we kindly ask that you consider this before booking—if the occasional bug would be a concern, this property may not be the right fit for you.
Pet Policy
-We do allow dogs, however you must gain approval prior to booking. - Approval is based on the type of dog breed, age and if they are housebroken. If approved a non refundable $100 pet deposit is required.
-Maximum Pets Allowed – A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per booking.
-Supervision & Crating – Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless crated.
-Furniture & Bedding – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for pet hair or stains.
-Outdoor Areas & Waste Cleanup – Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
-Noise & Behavior – Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Guests may be asked to leave if their pet is causing disturbances.
-Damage Responsibility – Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, chewing, or accidents. Any repairs or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
-Flea & Tick Prevention – Pets must be up to date on flea and tick prevention before arrival.
-Local Laws & HOA Rules – Guests must comply with all local pet regulations and HOA rules, if applicable.
