The cottage includes approximately 500 square feet of space with a kitchen/dining/living/ room area, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a bedroom--all private. Internet, Roku TV, and a washer and dryer are just some of the amenities provided.

-This unit has it's own washer and dryer.
-On-street parking is plentiful.
-There is one full-size bed in the bedroom.
-Kitchen has Keurig brewer, convection microwave, electric cooktop, fridge/freezer.
-Sheets and towels are washed in fresh scented detergents
-Hot and cold water are piped backwards in the shower. Hot is to the right. The tankless water heater will take several seconds to warm up.
