Welcome to our stylish new house in the historic side of Houston, an area with a blend of modern and older homes due to ongoing gentrification. Enjoy proximity to Houston’s hot spots: Midtown, Downtown, TMC, stadiums, Galleria, Houston Zoo, museums, popular eateries, and major hospitals.
The house features 3 bedrooms (One King, One Queen, two Full beds, and a Queen pull-out sofa bed).

**LET’S GO OVER SOME GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY!**
1. **Parking:** Guests and visitors can park in the garage and driveway. Please be considerate of the neighbors who park on the street.
2. **Laundry:** Feel free to use the washer and dryer for your laundry. Please try to do bulk washes instead of multiple small loads. A starter supply of detergent is provided; if you run out, please purchase your own. Always check the lint trap before using the dryer.
3. **No Smoking:** Smoking, vaping, or using hookahs inside the VRBO is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged if smoking is detected.
4. **No Parties:** Parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and hosting parties is against VRBO policy.
5. **Guests:** Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Notify the host if the guest count exceeds 8; additional fees will apply per extra guest.
6. **Quiet Hours:** Quiet time is after 10 P.M. Please respect the neighbors and avoid any disturbances. Failure to comply may result in termination of your stay.
7. **Dining:** Please enjoy your meals in the dining room. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Guests will be responsible for any stains or damages caused by food or drinks.
8. **Trash:** Guests are responsible for their trash. Place trash in the large bin outside the house. If you’re staying on a Thursday night, place the bin on the street for Friday morning pickup and bring it back afterward.
9. **Children:** Please keep a close eye on your children to ensure their safety, especially near the street.
10. **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed. A $300 fine will be charged if pets are found on the premises.
11. **Security:** Turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house. Ensure windows are closed and doors are locked.
12. **Damages:** Report any damages or breakages to me promptly. Guests will be responsible for any damages they cause.
13. **Checkout:** Wash dishes and dispose of garbage before checkout.
14. **Neighbors:** Do not feed the neighbor’s dog.
15. **Property:** Do not take anything from the house, including towels.
