This is a duplex (think two townhomes next to each other) so it feels more like a single family home built in 2024. Each place is about 1,000 sq. ft. The main floor is a gorgeous open floor concept that has a full kitchen, 65` tv, electric fireplace, laundry and covered deck on the back. The main bedroom in on the second floor and although it`s narrow there is also a sitting bench and area to hang and fold your clothing. The second bedroom is more like a loft that has two twin beds. Ceiling height is lower and at its highest point is 6` and then slants down to about 4`. There is no door but it is separate and private from the other areas.
