The Space:
This beautiful home is ready to host your group for all your Branson adventures! Featuring NO STEP ACCESS, for those who have difficulty with stairs! One bedroom is located on the main level with a bathroom right outside its doors, as well as the open concept living space! The kitchen, living room and dining room are all together so no one is left out! Cook up some of your favorite meals in the FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN or order take out from some of Branson's tastiest restaurants! The rustic dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals together or gather around for an evening full of games! Then take a seat on the leather couch in the living room to watch the big game or relax with a movie at the end of a long day.

But one of the BEST SPOTS in this home is stepping out the sliding doors to the MAIN BACK DECK! This deck features a large dining table, again ready to enjoy meals while soaking in a bit of the surrounding beauty! Play some games or just chat it up about all the memories made! To top it off, turn on the stone, GAS FIREPLACE and soak in the Ozarks on a cool, crisp evening!

Back inside, head upstairs to Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. All boasting a KING BED and an ATTACHED BATHROOM! Bedroom 2 offers a little extra space to set up a pack-n-play or extra belongings, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the UPPER DECK with a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake!

Then down on the lowest level is LIVING ROOM 2 with a comfy sectional and large FLAT SCREEN TV! There is also an arcade, some board games, and access to the LOWER PATIO with outdoor seating and a HOT TUB! Soak those worries away at the end of a fun day of Branson entertainment! The lower level also features bedroom 5 with a king bed and attached bathroom. Then your kiddos will love bedroom 6 which is the BUNKROOM! Two twin-over-full bunkbeds make this space ideal for all your kiddos to live it up and have their own space!

Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
CHATEAU MOUNTAIN is a wonderful vacation neighborhood in Branson and it will not disappoint! It sits on the hillside overlooking the water and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are second to none and are just down the street! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your little ones will also have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours!
