This is a 3,500 SQFT built in 2014 home. It is well kept like brand new from the floor to the ceiling.
Our home features a spacious open floor plan, carefully curated with modern furnishings and is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for comfortable short- and long-term stays.

- Master Bedroom: (2) King beds, full bathroom (1 shower stand and 1 bathtub) and a huge closet.
- Bedroom 2: (1) King bed w/ en-suite full bathroom (downstairs)
- Bedroom 3: (1) King bed. Share 1 full bath with Bdroom 4
- Bedroom 4: (1) King bed.
- Bedroom 5: (1) King bed that connected with an elevator from the first floor.
- Bonus and an Amazing theater that has (2) king-size beds. This room is customized so you can have a late night movie that you can fall asleep right after without going anywhere. Pool/air hockey/pingpong table.

• Adult supervision is required for children on property at ALL times indoors & outdoors, including hot tub and game room.
• No extra/overnight guests other than those stated on your reservation. Please discuss with us regarding daytime guests.
• No mail/packages delivered to the the property.
Please send it to a nearby pick-up.
• Pre-checking bag storage may be available upon request.
• No pets. Please inform us if you have a service animal or emotional support animal.
Failure to disclose subject to fine.

• No excessive noise/music from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Please bring conversations/activities indoors during quiet hours.
• No parties/events/gatherings (more than capacity of the house). Please no bachelor/ bachelorette stays.
• No smoking of any kind on the property.
• Violation to any of these rules after warning may result in termination of your staying immediately.

// Furnishings & Appliances //
• Please unplug all unused appliances, hair tools, laptop chargers, etc. from socket when leaving the home, including turning off the stove, oven, AC/heater.
• To prevent breaking the AC unit, please do not set the temperature below 67°F.
• No moving/rearranging furniture.
• No unplugging electronics like TVs, lamps, WiFi router, security cameras, etc. Any tampering will be subject to a fine.
• No shoes inside the property. We provide indoor sandals in the cabinet after you enter the house.
• Avoid putting large amounts of food down the kitchen sink or papers in the toilet to prevent clogged drains.
**We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund if any of these rules are broken.**

You will have access to the entire property, except for certain locked storage areas.
Other things to note
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM- 8AM.
We are located in a residential community.
Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
• One bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest (more available upon request).
• Trash collection: Mondays
• Street sweeping: 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month from 8 AM-2 PM. No street parking is allowed during this period. The guest is liable for any incurred citations or fees.
• The driveway fits 3 cars. Street parking is also available.
• Yard & hot tub maintenance are done weekly to ensure upkeep of the grounds. The professional(s) will need to access the backyard via the side gates. We will inform you if services will take place during your stay.
