The only issues I have with this place was that the fridge wasn't cold enough and the heater for the hot tub wouldn't heat the water up at all.Otherwise, this home was a really great place to stay at.

This is our 2 time staying here! We love this property as we have a huge ohana and it fits us all well! Only recommendation I would have is upgrading the pillows and then the hot tub system it’s not constantly hot you have to turn it on 30 min prior to use which is not super convenient for guest who are coming back from a long day at Disney suggest maybe an app guest could use? But overall I wouldn’t be surprised if we come back for a 3rd stay in the future

Comfortable Stay

My family (16 of us) enjoyed the house, especially the pool. Some of us arrived early while the cleaners were there. There was some animal feces on a part of the floor that my son cleaned up; don’t know how the cleaners missed it or how it got there since no pets were allowed. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only issue I had was the pics did not show there are steps at all 3 entrances. I’m in a wheelchair so entering & exiting the home was difficult for me. But, our adult kids & our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Easy, great communication

The house was perfect for our one-night stay—we loved everything about it! Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was very responsive. The pool, slide, and hot tub all worked perfectly. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets, and pillows. Thank you, Katie!

Great location

We had 5 families stay for an event in at the Anaheim Convention Center. We were very comfortable with plenty of space. The house had good amenities and was centrally located to Disneyland, the Convention Center, and the beach.

dirty lies

The home was misrepresented. There were not the amount of sleeping arrangements as stated. We had people sleeping on couches. The backyard was a filthy mess. The property owner did come and clean the backyard. The bathrooms are full of mold. There were three swimming pool towels. The home owner was extremely hard to deal with on the phone. I called Vbro twice to try and get help. I sent an email to the address I was given and all I get back is that they no longer moniter that email. What ever that is supposed to mean. We cut our vacation short a day because no one wanted to stay in that house any longer. I cannot believe we as consumers have no recourse for help. We spent a lot of money to stay there and it was not even satisfactory. As I told the homeowner when she told me I could leave we were stuck. Where do you try and take 19 people to stay on short notice. If I could have we would have been out of there day one.

Work trip- turned out AMAZING

We loved our stay! The house has plenty of space with sleeping and bathrooms. Hosts were AMAZING dealing with my major oops on scheduling and were beyond helpful! Close and easy to get to Disneyland.

We were switched to another property

Host had to switch us to another comparable property across the street from this one because of supposed renovations being done on this house and they informed us less than 30 days from our trip so we didn’t have much choice.

A week in Anaheim

The house was great - plenty of room, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. Only 2 negative issues - First, there were lots of tiny ants (and not just in areas with food) - Katie responded promptly and sent an exterminator, which helped, but not 100%. Second, no paper products were provided (napkins, paper towels, tissues) - not critical, but other similar houses we have rented included these items.

Family vacation 2023

My family enjoyed being able to spend quality time together, we cook breakfast and dinner together on several days. The open concept was nice. We enjoyed the pool, and the location is excellent. We had from age 6-64 😕con large burner on stove dosen't work, and pans not easy to cook with, and ants inside and outside. Over all, this is a very nice home. I would recommend.😊

Nice local getaway

Loved the open floor format and the many bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Owner was very helpful with questions and issues. Would rent again if needed.

Fantastic place

Beautiful home. Even with 15 people, plenty of hot water for showers. Great location for Disneyland, beaches, LA, and wasn't too bad for San Diego zoo. Pool was clean and lots of fun for relaxing.

Family Vacation… it was a hit!!

Check in was effortless, Katie was quick to respond to our questions and thankfully everything worked so no need to bother her during our stay. We had our family vacation there and found the rooms as advertised ( plenty of room for us). It was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner nightly ( well I did find only one beater for the electric mixer - but only our family would try to bake two cakes ON VACATION, for the July birthdays and the mixer worked fine). Pool was older but our kids LOVED it. The slide and hot tub won over old and young. The A/C worked great. Proximity to grocery store is less than a block. Parking was super for multiple families and proximity to airport, Disney, California Adventure Land, Huntington Beach so simple ( well as easy as anything in Cali can be). Large burner on stove didn’t work but remaining three were fine. Clothes dryer is slow to dry…but will notify Katie directly. We’ve rented VRBOs for years… this one is a winner for us.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this home in Anaheim. We had a group of 14 from age 7-77. Everyone had a great time, there was plenty of space for 4 families and the pool and outside space was perfect.

Perfect house for large groups

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and dining room. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and adults. Loved sitting out under the lighted gazebo while watching the kids swim. Took advantage of the grill and had plenty of dishes and serving utensils. Would definitely stay here again. The home is super close to a great grocery store, Inn-N-Out burger, and Granny’s Donuts was an amazing find for breakfast every morning!

Great Property

Perfect fit for our family of 19! We stayed from Feb 17 to 27 and appreciated accommodations where we could all be together. The floor plan of the house is open concept so there was plenty of room for us all to eat together and hang out! The pool and hot tub are amazing and we spent lots of time in them especially after long days at the park! Katie was great at answering texts and phone calls with any questions. The house was clean but the only negative I feel I should mention is it could use a real good deep clean. It’s obviously a popular rental and has been well used so things like walls, baseboard, shower tracking could use a good scrub but overall we were super happy with the property! We would definitely stay here again!

Property could use some Love.

The pool and spa are by far the best part of this property, that alone make this family vacation memorable. The location of the property is close to a busy street and several small strip malls. That was both convenient and a challenge, especially when the guard dog next door barked all night. It is 10mins from Disney which was a plus Inside, the property could use some attention. Surface areas were primarily clean, but a deeper clean is required (bathrooms, windows, floors) before I could recommend this to another family. In addition, the property needs a refresh on linens, games, and basic supplies (i.e first aid kits, trash cans in the bathroom, pool toys). These are all simple things. Overall we had a big group and enjoyed our vacation because of the company, but cannot recommend this property for the price.

The property was perfect for our vacation. Pool for the kids. Close to Disneyland. 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very roomy! Definitley recommend for families. Close enough to the freeways to do other LA and area activities.

Great house and great location!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for! There were ten of us there for a Disneyland trip and we had plenty of room! It was clean and close to all the essentials. We will absolutely be booking there again when we come back in the future! Thank you so much!!

Ohana Vacation

This property was a perfect fit for our huge ohana! The house is in an older area but a good one, nice and quite expect for when we were there probably with the amount of kids we had I’m sure we got loud but it didn’t seem to bother anyone. We respected the 10pm quite time. The only thing I would recommend is more towels/pool towels, also upgrading the wi-fi so the tvs work better. Katie was awesome though she responded super quickly every time! Would definitely pick this property again in the future.
