This beautifully designed four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home invites you to soak in refreshing gulf breezes and stunning beach views while enjoying your own private pool. Located just minutes from the beach and downtown Port Aransas, you’ll spend your days basking in the sun and exploring local adventures before returning to Sol Mates for relaxation.
As you enter the downstairs private apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living area, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. This inviting guest space includes two queen-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa, offering ample sleeping options. Guests can easily access the main house via an outside staircase.
The second floor of the main house boasts three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a TV, while the third bedroom includes a built-in bunk bed with two full-size beds. A conveniently located shared full bathroom ensures comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is fitted with Tempur-Pedic mattresses for an exceptional night’s sleep.
On the third floor, you’ll discover the main living areas, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious dining table, and inviting reclining couches—perfect for family gatherings and relaxation.
This home features stunning beach views and a private pool, sun shelf, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining space—ideal for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun and to end your day by enjoying a delightful cookout with family in this perfect outdoor setting.
In the Village Walk neighborhood, the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. Please note that boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted, and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway—street parking and red zone parking are prohibited.
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Sol Mates VW61 provides 3 parking spaces, Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW61. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways,
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
