Located in the heart of Panama City Beach at Long Beach Resort, Mermaid’s Delight PCB offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking Gulf views. Whether you’re here to relax by the beach, explore local shops and restaurants, or simply unwind in a beautifully furnished space, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo has everything you need for a memorable stay.

This Tower 1, 3rd floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable couch with a queen pull out mattress for maximum comfort, a super plush leather recliner, stylish high-top bar stools, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with bar height dining furniture and two Adirondack chairs.

Wondering why there are little to no reviews? We have recently purchased this fantastic unit and unfortunately lost all of the highly rated comments and 5 star reviews with this transition. That's ok though, this place is a gem, and with your help we are confident we will have those high ratings and 5 star reviews again in no time!

**** Starting August 18th, 2025, the resort will be undergoing building improvements which is expected to last till March 13th, 2026. Construction hours are 7am - 5pm Monday through Saturday; it will be noisy. The east Polynesian pool will be closed (large Lagoon pool is open) from 8/28/2025 to 11/28/2025 and the large Lagoon pool will be closed (east Polynesian pool will be open) from 11/28/2025 - 1/30/2026. There will be no balcony access from 12/08/25 - 01/30/26. Nightly rates have been reduced during this time span. ****

The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA guidelines).

A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, and toiletries are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (per HOA guidelines).
