I’ve been vacationing in Provincetown for over 30 years and the Nauti Pearl was one of the best rentals I’ve booked. The location on Commercial street is perfect! It’s in the heart of downtown and yet, it’s tucked back towards the beach in a way that insulates you from the noise of the rowdy party crowd leaving the bars at closing time.It is clean, cozy and well-stocked for folks who want to cook meals throughout the week. There is a community deck facing the beach that is perfect for hanging out with your coffee as you watch the tide rise and fall. It is a great choice for a lovely week in PTown!

The property was very conveniently located with parking as advertised. The place was clean and check in was very easy. The host answered questions promptly. The building has a deck right on the water. The unit itself is set back a bit on the second floor, but there is a waterview from the bedroom. The small deck just outside was nice as well. Overall, it was comfortable and a great place to stay for a fall getaway. I'd be happy to book again in the future.

Location was excellent. Place was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only cons were chairs a bit uncomfortable for long family game playing sessions, there was only one dining chair (?) and the hair dryer didn’t work. But we love Provincetown and would come back to the Nauti Pearl.

Glad you enjoyed your time at our sweet little spot. As to the dining chairs, our apologies normally there are multiple dining chairs but the renter right before you broke several. They are now replaced with 4 brand-new dining chairs!

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location was within walking distance to all the local spots. The home was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We stayed during a holiday weekend, so there was a lot of foot traffic and it got pretty loud at times (the host did provide earbuds). We did turn the heater on at night and it produced a bit of a smell, nothing overwhelming just a noticeable gas smell (there was a carbon monoxide monitor on the wall). Also, the shades in the bedroom windows looked great but did not block any light coming through. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Our stay at the Nauti Pearl was one of our favorite vacations - the space was beautiful, incredibly clean, and right in the heart of Provincetown. The condo was welcoming and had everything we needed, and the shared deck space was the perfect place to drink coffee and end the night with a cocktail. It was close to the beach and had a good mix of lively community, but also quiet and quaint. The hosts really went the extra mile to make this special! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for letting us enjoy this slice of paradise.

A real gem of a place close to everything

This is truly a wonderful place that is so close to everything you want to do in Provincetown, but quiet enough to have your space. The main bedroom is set up perfectly, and the extra bed nook is a true asset. The open kitchen has everything you need, and the living room space is great for guests popping in. And the communal deck on the bay gives a picture worthy view. The owners are also so gracious and helpful. Thank you so much! Trust me this is a real find .

Lovely condo in a great setting

Super clean condo and well stocked unit. Super nice neighbors (owners of other units), beautiful deck overlooking harbor, and owner communication made for a pleasant stay. Pay attention to parking limitations if you have a big vehicle. I had a compact SUV which was fine, but mid sized or larger SUVs would be a problem. Photo is from shared deck.

I am from Los Angeles and my wife is from NYC. We have been enjoying PTown as vacationers for many years and now we are so pleased to have this cozy place to call home. We hope you will enjoy the Nauti Pearl as much as we do and treat it as though it were your own. Think of it as a special little spot to enjoy all that PTown offers from beach days, to art galleries walks, to drag shows and dancing.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Provincetown has the best of all worlds. Beautiful beaches, dunes, and the national sea shore, great restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, and wonderful arts and culture like the Provincetown Theater and PAAM. We love to dine at Sal's Place, Freeman's, and Pepe's, or grab a sandwich at Pop + Dutch or Far Land Provisions and head to the beach, or enjoy a slice at Spiritus after a night out dancing at the Crown. Check out the close by gallery district for amazing artwork or stroll down to an event at the Mary Heaton Vorse House. Enjoy a cocktail with the ocean view at nearby Harbor Lounge or grab a coffee and people watch at nearby 361 Espresso Bar.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Nauti Pearl is a little gem in a historic wharf building on the beach side of Commercial Street. From our seafaring details to the expansive decks, it is the perfect place to relax and reset before heading out for your Ptown adventures. Situated on Commercial Street between the action and the water, the condo features two large communal decks on the beach. The unit has a very well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels, and fresh linens for guests.
