Your Provincetown vacation begins at this cozy 1 bed/1 bath condo on Commercial Street in the heart of the East End. With the office/sleep nook it sleeps 4. Historic building on a wharf w/1 dedicated parking spot in front and direct beach access. Wake up to water views in this stylish seafarer home with modern amenities. Head down to two huge communal decks directly on the beach to enjoy your morning coffee. Walks on the beach and cocktails on the deck at sunset. Steps to great restaurants like Pepe's, shops, and galleries. A quick walk from the ferry. TVs in the living room and bedroom, wifi, and AC. With amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and shared bbq grills, guests can relax and enjoy. This unit is for adult guests only. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events per condo rules. Please treat our little home as you would your own.

On-season rentals minimum 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. Off-season rentals are 3-day minimum.

The unit is comfortable, spacious and clean. Great location and convenient parking. Lots of counter space in the kitchen, which had everything I needed. Very nice place. Vanessa was very responsive and communicative.

As advertised! Great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The deck and beach provided great sunrise views, lots of seals playing along the shore. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bed.

We really enjoyed staying at The Nauti Pearl. Great location. Nice neighbors, good facilities, parking. No hooks or place for hangers, but lots of shelf space. Plan to look here first next year. Recommend highly.

Absolutely the most perfect place to stay!! It was so clean with high end everything. Right near the middle of town, easy walk to all the action and restaurants galore!! Bed linens are super soft and the beds are comfy. Can’t go wrong with this place!!! Host was very responsive as well!

Our stay at the Nauti Pearl was one of our favorite vacations - the space was beautiful, incredibly clean, and right in the heart of Provincetown. The condo was welcoming and had everything we needed, and the shared deck space was the perfect place to drink coffee and end the night with a cocktail. It was close to the beach and had a good mix of lively community, but also quiet and quaint. The hosts really went the extra mile to make this special!We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for letting us enjoy this slice of paradise.

Lovely condo in a great setting

Super clean condo and well stocked unit. Super nice neighbors (owners of other units), beautiful deck overlooking harbor, and owner communication made for a pleasant stay. Pay attention to parking limitations if you have a big vehicle. I had a compact SUV which was fine, but mid sized or larger SUVs would be a problem. Photo is from shared deck.

A real gem of a place close to everything

This is truly a wonderful place that is so close to everything you want to do in Provincetown, but quiet enough to have your space. The main bedroom is set up perfectly, and the extra bed nook is a true asset. The open kitchen has everything you need, and the living room space is great for guests popping in. And the communal deck on the bay gives a picture worthy view. The owners are also so gracious and helpful. Thank you so much! Trust me this is a real find .

I am from Los Angeles and my wife is from NYC. We have been enjoying PTown as vacationers for many years and now we are so pleased to have this cozy place to call home. We hope you will enjoy the Nauti Pearl as much as we do and treat it as though it were your own. Think of it as special little spot to enjoy all that PTown offers from beach days, to art galleries walks, to drag shows and dancing.

Provincetown has the best of all worlds. Beautiful beaches, dunes, and the national sea shore, great restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, and wonderful arts and culture like the Provincetown Theater and PAAM. We love to dine at Sal's Place, Freeman's, and Pepe's, or grab a sandwich at Pop + Dutch or Far Land Provisions and head to the beach, or enjoy a slice at Spiritus after a night out dancing at the Crown. Check out the close by gallery district for amazing artwork or stroll down to an event at the Mary Heaton Vorse House. Enjoy a cocktail with the ocean view at nearby Harbor Lounge or grab a coffee and people watch at nearby 361 Espresso Bar.
